This is embarrassing for them. I eat at Panera regularly but wouldn't ever if this was the kind of experience I had more than just once.
Avocado toast. They had one job: sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. That's it. They put pepper on it. I waited 15 minutes for this. I ate more than half of it, but I'm mad they took my money.
They look to be severely understaffed since there were 15 people waiting and the counter was scattered with a dozen cups and bags people hadn't claimed.

Super busy. Is inside of the hospital. We came to visit my grandpa and we got a little hungry. We came to Panera bread and got a sandwich and a smoothie, it was lot of people of course. Sandwich was good and my mom really liked the smoothie. This place get busy so needs to be cleaned more often.

I cam to panera today with my grandad and it was terrible. First of all I needed get food for my mom cause she is staying is the hospital, so I came to panera on the 4th floor and the black guy taking my order was so terrible. My grandad was simply asking what was in the sandwich and the guy gave so much attitude about how we can just read the stuff, and I was super pissed off cause I need to check what was in the sandwich cause of allergy reasons and some of it I didn't even understand what was even in the sandwich. Also we asked for a empty cup cause we wanted to split our coffee and the guy made such a fuss and attitude on it and kept getting my nerves. Never coming here again! So racist!

This is the worst Panera in the city if not the state. Food is rarely made right and they skimp on ingredients.
But the MOST infuriating thing is that they run out of coffee. This happens like every 30 minutes, EVERY DAY. And then 6-7 of us are standing around like zombies waiting for them to brew more. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes. And they shoot you daggers or give attitude if you ask what's going on, so it's better to just stand there like an idiot and hope they notice.
I've complained to corporate but they didn't do anything other than offer me a gift card...which i refused.

Ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich & about 2-4 hrs later had food poisoning 😩 all while at a hospital stay with my baby… it made it impossible to care for my baby while being in and out of the bathroom it was such an inconvenience! Someone needs to re-check sanitation and food handling since this doesn’t seem to be the first occurrence 🤢 disappointing because you would think a hospital would be on top of these things
