Overnight stay at hospital and order this literally 2 hours after eating we got food poisoning

I order here periodically and my order is wrong in some way or another about half the time, including serving the wrong soup, forgetting the chicken in the chicken Caesar salad, etc. The lettuce inside the salads or sandwiches is often wilted. Posting this comment with hope it somehow improves the service, but won't be holding my breath as the people who work there generally do not give the impression they would like to do better.

Would give 0 stars if possible.. first when ordering they were out of every bread basically.. only options left were what everyone else didnāt want. Then the soup my wife order was cold, took it back to the counter and was told to use the microwave behind meā¦ When eating the soup I had warmed up my self, some lady thought it was appropriate to take her socks and shoes off at the table across from us.. absolutely disgusting experience, will go out of my way to not recommend. Good waste of $30 for food I had to heat up myself

When the food was served, the girl worker gave me a small cup and I paid for a larger one, but when I asked her, they said that she doesnāt want to give it, they said that your order is small. They are very deceived and do not work correctly.
Girls serving food of African-American origin work very poorly and are rude. I don't recommend it, I'll never come here again.

I pay the monthly fee for āunlimitedā drinks, but at least 1/3 of the time my drink of choice is empty. They just say it āgoes fastā. They need to order more, and offer more than just one sugar free drink. Also, donāt order any āgrilledā or toasted items. They are barely warm, and not toasted at all.

Ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich & about 2-4 hrs later had food poisoning š© all while at a hospital stay with my babyā¦ it made it impossible to care for my baby while being in and out of the bathroom it was such an inconvenience! Someone needs to re-check sanitation and food handling since this doesnāt seem to be the first occurrence š¤¢ disappointing because you would think a hospital would be on top of these things
