Recommend: one of the few Paneras now in the city I feel. Overall this place was alright, does the job to get a bite in the hospital. This one is on the second floor.

Waited 30minutes for a bowl & sandwich! And it was awful…

All I asked for is a morning iced coffee. Everything is spread out at this store location and you have to ask the employees for specific condiments just for coffee. I politely asked one of the employees for liquid sugar for my coffee. He asked how many pumps would I like. I told him 5 pumps and he rolled his eyes at me and went in the back and got it. I know for a fact I was not rude to him. Don't take your bad attitude out on customers if you don't want to come to work. Very poor customer service.
I like that this location is on the ground floor but I have tried more than once to get a cup of coffee before work at 8am and the doors are still locked at 7:45. The employee just stares at you when you come near the door or pull on it.

Horribly slow. I am an employee at northwestern and it is impossible to go to the Panera in the hospital, order and pick up food in a timely manner. Results in a complete waste of time. I stood waiting for 35 minutes for a simple salad. There are plenty of other eating options who prepare food in a more timely manner.
Tall black guy is awesomeI received the wrong order even though I repeated the name before touching the bagBacon egg and cheese on brioche was dryI was expecting better
The food is great and the staff are clearly working hard to get everybody’s order out. Good thing to note that a ton of hospital employees are trying to get lunch at the same time so there’s a bit of a wait — ordering online or app ahead of time is advised
Disgusting breakfast sandwich. Sausage was more processed looking/tasting than mcD.. And it took 20 minutes to get it. Barf
