I’m here almost every day because of the sip club membership. Moneys been tight recently, and as a daily coffee drinker, it’s saved me a lot. Customer service is atrocious, I got my order and returned to ask for it to be fixed. I stood at the register for 10 minutes while workers passed me and didn’t offer to help. I ended up having to interrupt their conversations to ask for assistance
I recently picked up an order from Pannera Bred and was impressed by the fresh selection and appealing concept. However, my order included a soup that I hadn’t requested, another item was missing, and when I asked if forks were included in the salad bag, I felt the response from the staff was a bit unfriendly. I’m sure this was just an isolated incident, and overall I appreciate the quality of the food. With a little extra warmth, my experience would be absolutely perfect.
