i ordered 2 steak and mozz with no steak, and 2 chips, along with some other things in the meal. the 2 sandwiches came with meat, despite my customization, and i had no chips in the bag!! the service took so long, i got a notification that said the order was done 20+ minutes before they ended up giving the order. terrible experience.
I ordered steak & motz sandwich and cream of chicken & wild rice soup. That is not what I got! I looked in the bag and it was a sandwich & soup but it was some kind of chicken sandwich and the soup was broccoli cheese yuck! I live to far to go back! But really the place is empty the staff is busy chatting/gossiping maybe that’s why they can’t get an order correct! I also paid for what i ordered and what I got was a cheaper price! Not going back.

They never have breakfast sandviches. They can only serve between 10-11. Only available ones are cookies. Been trying to order a breakfast sandvich for a while..

Came to eat, ended up they don't have a baguette, I wasted my time, the baguette goes with the soup, with the salad, the only worst Panera I've ever been to, I don't even recommend coming here.

While the food is usually just fine, ordering from this location is always a let down. Items from my order are frequently forgotten when ordering delivery. Tonight my smoothie was not delivered despite them putting a straw in my bag. In addition to that this location is almost always out of so many ingredients. Tonight they were out of every single type of bread except one. The other most frustrating part is that because this is a pick up/take out only location, they do not answer the phones to assist when things do get messed up. I would highly recommend going to any other location or picking up your food if you do come here.

If I could rate zero I would this company is a sorry excuse for panera at this point I received no spoons or napkins with my order of soup and the sizes were pitiful it was maybe 6 0z of soup when I paid for the group meal which was 4 Tiny bowls of soup for 30 dollars with no bread. This place has become a scam on what planet is this reasonable.
Order threw grubhub was sent a old hard cinnamon roll that was not edible requested my money back want order those again
