Panera fell. The food is constantly missing things, no matter what Panera you go . It taste lackluster. Service sucks. It’s right across from chic fil a and you honestly might as well go there. I won’t go back to any!

The staff and the managers are troopers. I won’t go into it but the place was invaded by intimidators. The staff was still friendly and attempted to support customers without openly offending the intimidators. Shout out to the staff and managers. Shame on people to take advantage of restaurants and conduct business!!! Rent an area within the establishment and tip the crew well as part of your business plan for goodness sake!!!! Or at least be respectful of other customers who’ve come to enjoy friends and family while having dinner. They know who they are.

I used to come here everyday, but please give me another reason to come again. Constant missing items, food quality is not as good. Portion control is never there. Not sure if I’ll be back, but please do better.

Unfortunately every time I've visited this specific location there is airways a problem. If dining in the tables are never wiped off and beverage area dirty and if I order anything other soup, my order has been incorrect or missing ingredients/items. The being said, the worse part is the drive thru. Even when there is no one else In line, you pull up and will wait at
the speaker for almost 5 movies without anyone acknowledgeing you are there. Not even a simple "one moment please"... Then when you finally start to plane your order the associate are rude and citing you off mid order. Horrible customer service. If you can, visit any other location.

I could walk in here at 6am on the dot and they’ll say they are out of smoothies. This location never has smoothies but always has attitude I tell you that!

Best Panera. Angelo with great service very attentive and friendly. Dillon the cook made the best hot sandwich I ever had from Panera. Highly recommend this location. Ingredients tasted fresh and restaurant was clean.

In terms of services, this is one of the worst Paneras I have ever been to. The girl with the pinkish hair and glasses behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem. In her phone upon coming up to the counter and a very bad interaction overall. Place was clean.

went through the drive through and had a rude person who took my order she had pink hair and black glasses she wouldn’t give me her name and then when i came back to ask for a spoon and fresh bread after she was the one who told me to pull around for it she refused to help me and know anything about fresh bread when thats all i asked for and had an attitude the whole time and was slamming stuff trying to help my problem

An order was placed for this location on accident, I called as soon as I could, apologize until I couldn't anymore. I just got the nastiest sigh and hung up on.

I come here almost daily. The salads and breakfast sandwiches are hit or miss but everything else is really good. Sometimes they forget butter, utensils, etc when you go through the drive through. Inside it’s a great place to work from, plenty of outlets for laptops and comfy spots to sit.
Parking: Quite a few parking spots, I’ve never had an issue finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: I’ve brought my kids a couple times with no issues.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service that deserves your attention. I was not provided a receipt essential for validating a purchase for my employer, which forced me to drive back 45 minutes. Upon reaching the location, I encountered two significant delays. Initially, the drive-thru employee appeared visibly annoyed, and then he left me waiting once again while he tended to three customers who arrived after me. To make matters worse, his demeanor was unwelcoming, making me feel as if I was being punished for simply requesting a receipt they had originally failed to provide. This situation was disheartening and unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on the overall customer service experience.
