I was here the other day and got two bread soup bowls. They were amazing, but what do you expect, it's panera. Anyways. The reason I give this place a 5 star is because of the workers. They were so high-spirited in the way they attended to me and my girlfriend.

FOOD POISONING. DO NOT GO HERE.Husband ordered vegetarian menu items on the evening of March 10th and immediately got severe food poisoning. Considering all other reviews, this place needs to be shut down ASAP, this is a serious health hazard.

I went to this location on the morning of Dec 21st. I did not notice the salad was missing half of the ingredients until I was at work. It was a green goddess salad missing the avocado, onions and tomatoes. I spoke to a Manager Julia who pretended to be apologetic and said that she would send me a coupon in the mail ( I never received anything). I called back two weeks later and supposedly spoke to another Manager that was going to send a pick two coupon. I never received it. I won't be returning to this Panera. Extremely poor customer service! I paid $16 bucks for basically a bag of lettuce.

Ordered on the app for drive thru pick up. Usually have a good experience, however this time my order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to Julia the Manager, she quickly remedied the order by replacing via delivery and refunding. She even placed some cookies in the delivery. This is a great example of going above & beyond to turn around a bad experience. Thank you, Julia!

The absolute worst Panera I have ever been to - how can it be this bad!? Corporate needs to step in and shut down this location. Incredibly rude employees, awful service times, and poor quality food. Skip it and go to Chick-fil-A next-door.
