My experience at this location is terrible. Iโve been there 3 times and 2/3 were horrible. The order was incorrect, not fresh, and the employees are very very rude. Never ever will I be back to this location.

Without question, the worst Panera experience ever. Ordered two cups of soup and a 1/2 and it took about 25 minutes.
The person on the prep line was new and extremely slow. They got no help and could clearly see on the order board all the orders were late and well past time.

Terrible location, terrible service! Tables weren't cleaned, littler on the floor, took forever to get order. Plus apparently after a certain time dine in orders are given "to go" bags - no plates, trays, etc. And how can you be sold out of something so basic as caesar salad!?!? Staff was behind the counter using cell phones, chatting among themselves, etc. Terrible!

Decent chain location. A little sparse. Staff is aloof. Some staff are incredibly helpful.

Slowest Panera Ever
After going to a small Panera bread over on Broadway its a small one called "Panera Bread on the Go" Was really good Got the home style chicken soup ๐, with a sandwich..
I figured i would stop by at a bigger one were they would have more dishes. I got the same chicken soup witb a sandwich.
But the sandwich tasted like a Mc Rib from Macdonald plus the soup was just plain out with no flavor it had no salt at all ๐..
I think ill stick with the smaller place as its much better tasting ๐.

The most unseasoned, bland and miserable food I've ordered from a restaurant in a LONG time. How did we loose so many great restaurants in 2020 but this literal garbage is still going? $35 for two sandwiches and a watery chicken noodle soup. I feel absolutely ripped off right now. Never EVER again.
