I loved the healthy menu options and that you can choose your portion sizes with soups and sandwiches.
The atmosphere was casual and comfortable.
The service was good. The Cashier answered my questions and was polite. There's also option to place your order on the computers in the store.
The prices were affordable.

When you order cream of chicken and wild rice soup but they give water with chicken and rice. Stop watering down your soup. Do better Panera !

Bought 6 bagels, cream cheese, 3 almond croissants, 2 cinnamon rolls, and 2 muffins, and my bill was almost $50. Price would be ok if the food was good - bagels were good but other items were not. Quality has definitely gone down at Panera - they used to have yummy baked goods - not anymore. Also, the cashier packed my items in a box that was too small so the box didn’t close. Why would you place baked goods in a box that doesn’t close - items would get hard faster. Unbelievable!! Will not go back to Panera!!

I went to pick up a Pick 2 and ordered a sandwich along with the Mediterranean chicken salad. While eating, I noticed an insect in my food. I was absolutely disgusted — this is completely unacceptable. Panera has always been my go-to spot, but after this experience, I’m not sure I can eat there again. I was refunded and given a gift card as an apology, but the situation should never have happened in the first place. The salad was made by hand — how was this not noticed before it was served?

My experience at this location is terrible. I’ve been there 3 times and 2/3 were horrible. The order was incorrect, not fresh, and the employees are very very rude. Never ever will I be back to this location.
