Zero stars. Ordered in their kiosk in store. 10 min later text message that order is ready. Says ready on their board. Busy staff won't even check to see if order is there for me because too distracted by mobile orders. Finally 10 min later my begging pays off. They have to remake the latte because it's been sitting so long it's cold. 10 minutes later finally warm latte but cold soup (just sipped the latte and it is BITTER like this can't be right and going into the trash)! They assumed I was just being impatient when it was fact that my food was ready and being ignored. Second time this has happened in 2 visits. Won't go back.

First time ever been there. Drive up window attendee rude. $27 for 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were not that good and they were cold. Don't mind spending $ on good food but this definitely wasn't it. $12 for a grilled chicken sandwich! very small sandwich and we ended up throwing one away! The bread was stale!

I am a main customer At Panera is very clean the bathrooms are very nice and shiny The team that works there Very hard-working Especially The new manager that took over Amanda I definitely recommend the Public There bagels are really fresh every morning The coffee is excellent All the managers that put There strong effort Making sure everything is at the right temperature The staff is really friendly The lobby is really clean Tables are Sanitize daily I definitely recommend the public to eat here Again I’m a main customer The general manager Amanda You’re doing an excellent job And all the managers Are excellent ;)
