I actually can’t rate the food because after 25 minutes of waiting (at the random hour of 3:00 on a Friday when some clinics are already closing) we still didn’t have any food.
If you absolutely can’t go elsewhere then I strongly suggest you order online at least 30 minutes ahead of time. I would not assume that it’s an “off time” .

Dirty cafe, trash is always piling in the dining area. The girls up front taking orders look like they don’t want to be there. They aren’t even in uniform. I didn’t know Panera allows workers to wear AirPods at the front let alone the big Apple headphones. Girls looking like they rolled out of bed w the pink joggers and crocs. This cafe does NOT represent Paneras values and mission whatsoever. If anything it represents the GENERAL MANAGER Cindy. Her cafe exhibits little to no interest in carrying out what Panera represents. I hope the district manager gets this cafe together.

I enjoyed my salad but the wait here can be really long even when you order ahead. Sometimes they just put your food out (along with the many) and not call your name.

The employees need training. I had to deal with 2 unprofessional young women. Talking to them was unpleasant. I felt like I’m bothering them while they’re on their phones. And you’re out of black tea? Seriously?

My order is wrong every single time. Got tired of talking to a manager about it. Inventory on website is way off. That means to me they are giving away sweets to friends!!!

I don’t normally choose to eat here due to how busy it is and my breaks at the hospital are only so long. I had a bit of an extended break in the morning and went up to get a bagel with cream cheese and a fountain drink. There were about 6 orders ahead of me but 25 min later and I still hadn’t received my bagel. I ran out of wait time and break time and had to consider my order a loss. Even had I ordered 10 min ahead it still would’ve used up most of my break. This is unfortunately the reason I’ll continue to avoid this Panera as it just takes wildly too long to receive your order. I was at least able to get the fountain drink. Enjoy the free money, Panera.
