This place is the WORST, at time management.... I've ordered late night pickups multiple times from them and its practically routine for them at this point to decide their own closing times instead of following the closing time they've listed online, on Google, etc. If you don't want to be there that late then by all means change your posted time, so you can close earlier. I enjoy nothing more than supporting local businesses, but when they not only go out of their way to make you feel like an inconvenience, or try gaslighting you into thinking its your fault and that you're the problem, than I'd rather go down the street to Phil's Pizza D'oro where your treated right and where they close when at the time they've posted. And just to add insult to injury, whenever I've called back to try and rectify the situation I always hear nothing but insults in the background (I'm guessing from either the cooks or managers) when I'm simply trying to find a solution (how is this ok?) There honesty needs to be a serious change, because as it stands their customer service is nothing short of insulting.

Was delivered the wrong pizza. When I called the store they just said that they were sorry and refused to send the correct order. I have been ordering from papa joes for years. The customerservice was awful. They said they were very busy and only had 1 delivery person. When I asked to speak to the manager the rude girl on the phone just put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I just hung up.So very disappointed ..

Had a Papa Joe’s fully loaded meat pizza tonight. It was outstanding with hand tossed crust and a fresh, light tomato sauce. My husband and I decided that it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had.
You guys should change your hours of operations, calling at 8:30 and your message saying that you are closed and the voice message says at 9pm as well on google.

great local spot with great service. We order here often, and their Chicago style pan pizza is the star! The crust has a great crisp, perfect amount of cheese and unique sauce that I cannot get enough of. Could not suggest this Chicago Pan style enough.

The service here has taken a hit and so has the pizza. Sad it was a neighborhood favorite of mine but back to the drawing board on finding a local spot. The excuse I usually get is understaffed so no one really knows what's going on. I ordered a pizza with toppings on the menu to be told they don't offer that topping because they are understaffed. Then get an attitude for pointing it out.

I have been eating Papa Joe's pizza for over 10 years. I have tried other pizzas in the area that do not match up. The thin pizzas are delicious and I really love the pan Chicao style. If I ask for a special request, like well done, it always comes the correct way. I also must say that the delivery guys are extremely nice and quick.
