“We've ordered from here a ton in the past. Both delivery and pickup. We usually use the app cuz reward points are pretty nice. We have never once had a problem.
For delivery they were almost always early and never late. At worst the pizza came on time. The pizzas always came as ordered. Never had a wrong order really. I think one time maybe they forgot the extra peperoncini... maybe? And I'm talking out of 50+ orders over the course of years. So definitely not a big deal. Pretty sure we didn't even bother calling to let them know.
The drivers have always been friendly and professional. Pizza has always come hot.
For pick up we've never once had a rude person. They've always been nice. And the pizza is always done super fast. We've never had to wait for it.
But today I looked up the number to call just cuz I had something weird with my order on the app and I wanted to confirm it. I was astounded to see so many negative reviews! The lady who answered was plenty nice and even guessed that I was calling to make sure they put no bacon on my boyfriend's BBQ Chicken and Bacon pizza before I could say it lol.
So I decided to wait and see how today's order went because we've been strapped for cash lately and haven't ordered in a while. If it went well I'd leave 5 stars and explain all the good things. If it went poorly we would see if next time was bad and then leave a less good review.
Driver came within the allotted time. Driver was nice. Person on the phone was nice. Pizza was perfect, hot, and delicious. Couldn't ask for better! So here's my 5 star review saying give them a try.“
“I rarely leave reviews, and especially for pizza, but I just had to leave one for the very caring management and staff in this location!I ordered 2 large pizzas and I briefly mentioned that it was for students on the phone. Order was received by staff and time of delivery/expectation was clearly communicated.When I went outside in time for my delivery, I have my deliverer happily hand over not two, but three large pizza boxes. I started correcting them "that's not for us". But the delivery man continue to insist that it's for me and said the manager, Assan/Assad (?) wanted to provide extra pizza "for the children".I don't see many hospitable kindness like that in local business now a days in the neighborhood. I just wanted to thank you all for that today. It's not about the extra large pizza that we got for free, it was truly just the warmth and care for the community.Sending you all good thoughts, we all enjoyed the pizza very much!“

“The GM Angel is a GREAT person! When corporate would not step up to assist me with my issue, Angel called me on his day off and gave me great customer service with a superb attitude that I wish I saw more often from companies. I order from this location often and never have a problem. The one time I had an issue (this time), Angel came to the rescue with professional caring service. I was shocked to receive this kind of help and could not stop saying "thank you" on the phone. If there is ever an issue with your order, ask for Angel as he is the real deal when it comes to customer satisfaction. No one asked me to make this post. I had to! Thank you sir if you see this!“
“Have zero complaints. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks for delivery - arrived hot and the driver walked it up to the second floor. Very pleased with the service and the product. Not to mention - the marinara sauce is delicious and the garlic sauce tastes the same as it did 20+ years ago in college. Customer service was also an A+ when I needed to make a change to my order after submitting the order via the app. Thanks much!“

Vegetarian options: There are options, such as plain cheese pizza for vegetarian meals...! Or pizza with pineapple, spinach, veggies, olives, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc. etc.!!!
Dietary restrictions: Of course you can choose diet soda and the menu is pretty versatile to accommodate different dietary needs and/or restrictions!
Parking: Is pretty difficult to find parking! Free Street parking, although, not very many spots on the street to park...???...!!!
Kid-friendliness: The staff are very friendly! However, it is not a place where you can throw a party for a little one, considering this Papa John's is not a sit down restaurant!
Wheelchair accessibility: This Papa John's is kind of hard when it comes to being wheelchair accessible, since I v is not a suit down restaurant and there is not any wheelchair accessible ramps or way to roll in...!“

“The cheesy burger pizza is great wish they could add it to the permanent menu it's that good service from this branch Lisa and Andrew are great always polite and professional when ever I had to call if something wasn't as it should be even though it has been issues with the website not the branch fault ? 10 out 10 for service just need the website to stop giving me issues with my promotion codes .........“
