They have poor communication and for some reason have always had terrible delivery service. They tell you your food is delivered when it’s nowhere near delivered. I called the store for a status on my order since I never received it, they told me to hold on while they didn’t even ask me for a name or order number. They told me the driver was on his way and they’d contact him to see what was happening. I never got a call or anything.

Got the food delivered so hot I couldnt even eat it yet. Food was perfect. Wings were bomb, thank you for all the hot sauce too. Just tip these guys at least a ten and you might not be in here complaining as much.

I order Papa Johns probably once a week and it's always a solid choice. The crust is soft and chewy, and that garlic sauce is the real deal. I usually go for the pepperoni or the BBQ chicken one and they never miss. Sometimes the delivery takes a little longer than expected but the pizza still shows up hot. Their app is easy to use and I like that they always have deals running. One time they forgot the dipping sauce and the manager gave me a free pizza next time, so they really do care about fixing mistakes. It’s not the fanciest pizza but it hits the spot every time. If you want something fast and tasty that’s better than your average frozen pizza, Papa Johns is a good bet. Just make sure you ask for extra garlic butter cause it’s the best part.
I had Cheese Sticks & boneless Wings. I only liked the Cheese Sticks. The Chicken had hard bits in it.

Ordered ahead for a good deal online with my login. Only 2 people working so I think they were struggling to keep up with the amount of orders they’re getting. Tried the pizza right away in my car and it was so good! I love eating the crust with their butter garlic sauce. I arrived just in time and it was hot. Someone else mentioned an employee not wearing gloves… umm hello bare-handed preparation of pizzas is common and it goes straight into a hot oven to kill bacteria!

Very Disappointing Experience
We’ve been loyal customers of Papa John’s for almost a year, but after today’s experience, we’re truly disappointed. Our order took over 1.5 hours to arrive, and not only was it late, but there was also no apology, no communication, nothing. It felt like they didn’t even care.
To make things worse, they seem to have outsourced their delivery to a third-party team who were extremely unprofessional. My kids were upset waiting for their dinner, and the whole experience was just frustrating and unacceptable.
After being regular customers for so long, this kind of treatment is pathetic and disrespectful. We expected better, and this may have been our last order.
