I Love the Chicken Poppers but the ones at this Papa John's was terrible. They didn't toss the Sauce on the Chicken all the way. The Cheese Sticks were the only thing decent. I usually like Papa John's but not this Location.

I ordered my food through Uber eats for me to walk in & pick up because I work 3 doors down. I get there, the darker complexion man who spoke Spanish asked me my name, I told him & showed him my phone because it said my order is ready. He never looked & said oh that’s Uber eats 9 minutes & walked away. I wanted to cancel my order but they would have charged me the full amount. However his unsanitary self was touching his phone, touching doors , he even walked to the back of the store with pizza dough on his hands touching stuff & came back to the front slinging pizza dough on his nasty hairy arms.He even wiped sweat off his forehead.Finally my order was ready after waiting longer than expected, I asked for his name he refused & told me don’t come back in the store! That guy was rude & nasty I will never go back.

Ordered online went to pick up and when I got there just before close to pick up my order my food wasn’t even started the African American guy at the register was sweating profusely and was very rude and when preparing the food was slamming stuff all over the place took off his shirt while in the back of the kitchen and was very very rude. If you don’t like your job go find another one. This place sucks would give it 0 stars if I could.

TerrbIe, not NY style. I'd go as far as saying it is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese sticks tasted like they dumped a pound of salt on them. It was borderline inedible. I don't know if it was a sloppy rush job (I will admit to ordering late, I didn't realize when I placed the order) or if Papa John's is so much worse than I remember, but this is the worst food I've paid for in a long time.
Service is great and very fast. There's a manager on staff occasionally that always has a smile and offers me free soda.

Very bad customer service. I didn't manage to pick up and called back, one girl dropped the phone and didn't say what it was about. The next guy when I didn't hear what he was saying started being so naughty making fun of this. If you don't like your job, just change it, don't make a bad day for others.

Last time I ordered from here, I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Over an hour and a half later, I received two boxes of breadsticks. It took more than another hour to get my pizza.Today, true to form, delivery took over an hour and a half. And my pizza was cold. Management remains unresponsive to any complaints-won't even take a phone call. I will not be ordering again.

We came in at 10 pm and as soon as we got in we were greeted with immediate attitude. The worker did not seem happy we came in at this time and barely spoke one word to us and glared us down. Then he followed to use unsafe procedure handling the pizza without washing his hands or counters and touched his headphones then proceeded to continue our pizza. He also almost dropped our pizza dough and chuckled at this. Then when our pizza was ready a second before he was using a rag to clean down the surfaces and proceeded to not wash his hands AGAIN! He then went and tossed our pizza to us and walked away.

I was extremely pleased with how fast michael prepared our pizza and how polite and respectful he was when I arrived to pickup our food. Highly recommended if you have a craving for pizza.
