Terrible customer service. Order never showed. Ordered over $100 worth of food. Manager was not answering our questions, would not transfer to someone else… just don’t order from here guys. Period.

I order pickup from here all the time, and they'd get a 4 out of me for repeatable experiences and food. But the other repeatable experiences are how regularly their delivery drivers think flashing their lights at incoming drivers entitles them to a free U-turn. BOTH times it's happened their drivers scowl, raise their hands, and presumably curse when oncoming traffic doesn't yield.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The deals on pizza are very affordable. Obviously you’re not going to get anything bougie ordering from Papa John’s but the employees are very nice and the food is consistently tasty.

This is the best Papa John's that I've ever ordered from. The quality and quality control are top notch. The inside is visibly spotless. Staff is friendly and polite. I don't know how this location was before it reopened, so some of the bad reviews might be from before.

Pizza was okay, but their driver, hired through door dash, tried to wax me $30 on a $20 (including delivery cost) order AND demanded a bigger tip over the phone when he was trying to tax me an extra 10.
