Extremely disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this place isn’t the food it’s the people. The employees were rude, dismissive, and carried serious ego issues, which made a simple visit unnecessarily frustrating.
The owner really needs to focus on customer service instead of just chasing quick money. If this attitude toward customers continues, it’s hard to see how this business can survive long term. People don’t come back to places where they’re treated with disrespect.

Papa john offered me free pizza by downloading game. This was done twice for 2 different games. Order went through but store canceled saying I cannot do it again. They canceled my online order and coupon lost. The person was just discriminatory.

Always solid. Make sure you get it well done. Stuffed crust is delicious! Delivery is always so quick.
2 problems with my order. First there was a mixup and I got the wrong dessert. It gets swapped out in the store. The manager starts scolding his staff in front of me. As a former manager at another business, you do NOT correct your staff in front of customers. That’s degrading and disrespectful to staff.
I also ordered a pizza with double pepperoni, regular amounts bacon, onion, banana pepper. I get home and there is no bacon on my pizza, and half the amount of pepperoni that I ordered. I don’t see bacon and I don’t taste bacon (plus the food doesn’t taste seasoned at all).
At this point I knew the store was a mess, I didn’t care about the pepperoni. But if I order a whole other topping, I expect it. I call and get a hold of the manager. He claims he made the pizza himself, he put bacon on my pizza, and I need to bring the pizza back to get a new pizza made. I didn’t like the food that much. I didn’t want another pizza. I just asked for a partial refund for the bacon I didn’t get. He said no, he has to see the pizza and get me a new one made.
Never at any other establishment, have I seen anything this. Both Domino’s and Rosati’s gives you the choice of a refund or remake. This is my FIRST and LAST time ordering Papa John’s.
