2 problems with my order. First there was a mixup and I got the wrong dessert. It gets swapped out in the store. The manager starts scolding his staff in front of me. As a former manager at another business, you do NOT correct your staff in front of customers. That’s degrading and disrespectful to staff.
I also ordered a pizza with double pepperoni, regular amounts bacon, onion, banana pepper. I get home and there is no bacon on my pizza, and half the amount of pepperoni that I ordered. I don’t see bacon and I don’t taste bacon (plus the food doesn’t taste seasoned at all).
At this point I knew the store was a mess, I didn’t care about the pepperoni. But if I order a whole other topping, I expect it. I call and get a hold of the manager. He claims he made the pizza himself, he put bacon on my pizza, and I need to bring the pizza back to get a new pizza made. I didn’t like the food that much. I didn’t want another pizza. I just asked for a partial refund for the bacon I didn’t get. He said no, he has to see the pizza and get me a new one made.
Never at any other establishment, have I seen anything this. Both Domino’s and Rosati’s gives you the choice of a refund or remake. This is my FIRST and LAST time ordering Papa John’s.

This papa jhon serves the best stuff crust pizza mostly i tried alot of papa jhon but this place is pizza is very delicious i totally became their regular 🤤🧀 they have alot of options in menu and people here are very friendly.

I CAN DEFINITELY SEE WHY THIS PLACE HAS A LOW 2.9 RATING. I ORDERED A SMALL PIZZA AND I LOOKED IN THE BACK AND NOTICED ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE MAKING PIZZAS WITHOUT ANY GLOVES ON. I TOLD THE CASHIER THAT HANDLING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES AND TOUCHING OTHER OBJECTS IN THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT SANITARY. HE TOLD ME THAT WE ALWAYS WASH OUR HANDS. THEN ONE OF THE WORKERS OR MANAGERS YELL OUT, "JUST GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK". THE CASHIER JUST GIVES ME MY MONEY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD...SMH.
