My experience at Papa John's was tarnished by the incredibly rude behavior of the employees. From the moment I walked in, I was met with dismissive attitudes and condescending remarks. It's unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially as a paying customer. I won't be returning to a place where basic courtesy seems to be too much to ask for.Service sucks.I suggest not visit the store to anyone.

I don’t know what everyone is yapping about in all these negative reviews. I saw the poor rating and had already passed on this location once but decided to finally try yesterday. My order had a few nuances yet was provided exactly accurate. There were two visible employees and the one I spoke with was honestly nicer than just about every other location I’ve been to. Most importantly, the food was true to the brand and tasted great. I’ll be back, lesson learned to try a location for yourself before giving too much weight to dramatic reviews

I messed up and ordered delivery for the wrong day. My 3yr old was hungry and impatient, and I messed up. When I realized the error, I called the store. A female employee identified herself as the manager, and without skipping a beat or making this tired mom feel bad, she remedied my error and rushed to send the order out, so that the toddler could eat ASAP. Whoever answered the phone on March 24th at 9:29 PM was so rude. I called to ask a question about why I couldn’t add Parmesan sauce or whatever to my crust for a size small pizza. She didn’t seem to care, and then kept repeating her questions even though I was answering her(just not the answer she want it apparently), it just seemed like she wanted me to get off of the line. Can’t have attitude when you’re working customer service that’s just not how it works, as someone who works in customer service..
