Management sucks here, they cancelled my order and would not allow me to pick up the food I put in. I ordered 4 hours before they close, this feels like some form of joke to be honest. I was not charged but why even post hours open till 2 am if that is simply untrue

The GM Angel is a GREAT person! When corporate would not step up to assist me with my issue, Angel called me on his day off and gave me great customer service with a superb attitude that I wish I saw more often from companies. I order from this location often and never have a problem. The one time I had an issue (this time), Angel came to the rescue with professional caring service. I was shocked to receive this kind of help and could not stop saying "thank you" on the phone. If there is ever an issue with your order, ask for Angel as he is the real deal when it comes to customer satisfaction. No one asked me to make this post. I had to! Thank you sir if you see this!
