Ordered a 1 topping at 8:45. Went to pick it up at 9 PM. Someone asked the name on the order, glanced over the finished pizzas on the table, and said it wasn’t ready. Then proceeded to do this to 4 of the other 10 people in there.
40 minutes later, someone else came and read off the names of the pizzas that were finished. Ours and 4 other customers’ had been done the entire time since we entered, and as a result were cold.
After calling management and explaining, we were told “There are no warmers at the finished pizza counter, what would you like us to do?” I asked for a new pizza or refund, and the manager says “Alright” and hangs up immediately without asking for any order info. Immature, unprofessional and rude.

Got a pizza and breadsticks from this location and both were undercooked. The crust was still raw. I tried calling the store and got hung up on, then left on hold with no help. Really disappointing experience. Hoping they improve the quality and service.

Shout out to Malik and his crew! They communicated well with customers on the wait times for their pizza, communicated with each other on the orders to efficiently get them out, and they didn't get stressed out. This was after a sold out concert on Labor Day and they made sure everyone was taken care of.

I was there last night after a concert. It was soo busy. Although I waited an hour for my pizza, I could not have been more impressed with the staff. I still plan to call and speak to a manager to praise them. even with customers who clearly have never worked in food service were getting an attitude, I stood my ground for them. 3 people just absolutely killing it, tickets flying out of the machine by the minute like an episode of The Bear. I praised them constantly to let them know they were amazing and to keep working hard. They never ever succumbed to the stress and even let the negativity roll right off of them. These boys deserve all the high fives and then some. And the wait was worth it. The pizza was sooooo yummy.

I came in after a concert at 12am. There were about 30 people standing both inside and outside the store and around 50 orders pending. Obviously it took a long while for my order to come out but everyone who worked there were very organized and communicated with all the waiting customers very effectively. All the employees made and gave out every single order as fast as they could without any time wasted.

This location in particular has been absolutely horrible. I ordered my pizza online and waited 30 minutes to pick it up, and I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to actually make the pizza. They don’t address people standing in the lobby which isn’t spacious at all, they don’t wear gloves AT ALL, and they spend most of the time talking and laughing to each other while literally ignoring the customers standing waiting for their food. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery at 10:08pm, the pizza was marked as delivered but I didn’t get a call or anything saying that my pizza is here. I called to the location, they tell me it’s not delivered yet and I’d expect a call when it’s here (MIND YOU I LIVE 5 MINUTES AWAY, LESS THAN THAT IF YOU DONT CATCH A RED LIGHT!!) it’s now 11:30pm, we have NO PIZZA, and I’m about to call and request a refund. DO BETTER!!!! Y’all did not use to be this bad I swear!!

Walked in and no one came to take our order for over 10 minutes so we ended up making an online order for take out. Then they brought us our pizza but not the bread sticks we ordered/paid for and made a rude comment when we pointed out that we never got the bread sticks. Waited 10 more minutes without hearing if they were even making the bread sticks before walking out with only the pizza. Would not recommend going to this location.
