Ordered delivery and I just wanted to say I’m writing this review because my delivery driver was so nice!! Ordered pizza on a Friday night and it came super quick and was delicious. Always a plus when the driver is nice ☺️

I have given this location quite a few times to get it right but they have the worst customer service. Every time I have ordered for delivery (never during peak hours), the order does not show up over 45 mins past their promise time. When you call to inquire about it, the employee will tell you they have no drivers and they are running behind, with no apologies and with attitude. Do not order from this location.

On Oct 31st I placed an order. Realized I chose pick up not delivery. I called the store immediately asked to have it switched to delivery. He said I’m just outside the delivery area. I asked if he could cancel my order he said yes but it would take 5 business days to get a refund. It’s been almost 2 months and no refund of $70. I’ve called and emailed and was told they have to investigate because it looks like the order was never canceled.
Order from Uber and it never came with the Pepsi I order and didn’t get a refund wasted around 30 something just for one thing to be delivered and in the end didn’t got a refund

Not holding back on this one. Ordered for pickup on DoorDash and when I arrived (after door dash said my pizza was ready) they hadn’t even looked at my order. So, I got to sit in the store and watch the employee make my pizza.1. Her shirt looked like it was thrown up on.2. She used her finger to spread the pizza sauce on the dough.3. Burnt the pizza.4. Didn’t cut it enough so you could tear off slices.5. To top off the experience, gave me an attitude.Every employee in that store tonight should be replaced by a machine. Never ordering from this location again.
Ordered online. Waited in store for TWO HOURS without getting food. Left as a fistfight wad about to break out. So I guess I paid for nothing. Worst pizza place in Chicago.
