It’s almost impressive how bad this place is. I can’t figure out how the Papa John’s brand allows them to stay open. The service is soooooooo bad. Prepare to wait hours for your food and don’t expect it to be prepared or handled well. Haven’t ordered from here in a few years, decided to again and nothing has changed. Took 2+ hours to get a small pizza and breadsticks.

We got the wrong order so we tried to call the store and were put on hold for 20 mins. We then called customer service, and the store hung up on customer service as well. No refund/dinner in sight.

Worst pizza experience I went today to order pizza the staff doesn’t wear gloves and the one in cashier she is the one who orepare my cheese bites with no gloves plus I ordered half cheese half vegetable then when I open it it was pepperoni and I never mention that and never eat pepperoni in all my life I drive back to return it and they start argue that I did say pepperoni I told them I never eat pepperoni in all my life at the end they change it , it was so bad pizza it was not well done so bad

I work in delivery and came here for the first time today to pick up an order. The man at the counter was extremely rude and impolite to me. I had no choice but to cancel the order, even though it wasn’t in my best interest, just because of your employees’ incompetence. Do you even know how your staff communicates with customers?

terrible service, you have to wait for orders for more than an hour, the employees can't even say hello, they ignore any contact, swear at each other, and if you ask, they answer rudely, almost arguing, and if they rush to issue orders, they work without gloves, complete unsanitary conditions, loud unpleasant music plays in the establishment all the time, not the best, but one of the worst points of this chain, I do not recommend it, for the same price you can find much better places
