Ordered from Papa John’s for a quick dinner and it hit the spot! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a nice crust and plenty of toppings. Staff were friendly over the phone, and delivery was on time. Perfect for a simple, convenient meal when you don’t feel like cooking.

We order from the Clark street PJs location via their app all the time. It’s always fast, good, and reliable. Tonight our pizza came like it had been totally destroyed and sideways and stuck to the top of the box. We called them and they sent us a remake pizza immediately via ubereats delivery. Accidents happen so we don’t care, we appreciate them making it right and doing it quickly. Will continue to order from this location.

It’s genuinely shocking how bad the customer service is here. I’ve been a loyal Papa John’s fan for the past 6 years but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. I got 2 pizzas (1 pepperoni, 1 bacon) and when the order came we only got 1 veggie pizza. We told the driver that we got the wrong order and he just drove away. After that, I called and explained the situation to the guy on the phone and he said “yeah… we got you…” and then after 10 minutes I called back to see if they were going to send my actual order, but it only got worse. The manager on the phone angrily said that I ordered a veggie pizza (even though I didn’t and I have the receipts to prove it) and when I tried to explain the situation further to get a refund or my actual order… they suddenly closed shop and hung up on me. I’m not over exaggerating when I say this is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I’m going to go in person first thing in the morning, because at least then they can’t hang up.
Also… for what it’s worth I ordered 2 pizzas for work last weekend and when I opened one of the quality seals, two slices were blatantly missing.

The service is so great here and the ingredient are always amazing. I get tomatoes on my pizza hut pizza and they taste repulsive and sour. Not here!! No problems except when a girl specifies light cheese and extra sauce, it’d be great if you do light cheese and extra sauce 💕🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫

Asked for well done not burnt to a crisp…Called the store to ask them to remake it and the guy on the other end told me to call back later cause they’re too busy to do anything. Wont be ordering from here again since they’re too busy to care.
