The service is so great here and the ingredient are always amazing. I get tomatoes on my pizza hut pizza and they taste repulsive and sour. Not here!! No problems except when a girl specifies light cheese and extra sauce, it’d be great if you do light cheese and extra sauce 💕🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫🥫

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of one of the employees at Papa John’s. Not only was this person rude and abusive, but they also physically pushed customers and refused to give out orders. The situation escalated to the point where they even made threatening remarks, which was extremely disturbing. I have video proof of the employee behaving in a very rude and aggressive manner, and I urge Papa John’s to take immediate action.
It’s shocking that a company like Papa John’s would hire someone like this. How is Papa John’s allowing such individuals to represent their brand? This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also dangerous. No customer should ever feel threatened or unsafe when picking up an order. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately and ensure that customers are treated with respect.

During my recent visit, the employee was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in helping or providing basic customer service. Their attitude was unacceptable, and it left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

Ordered a pizza, it never arrived. I waited 5 hours for a single pizza. Tried calling and they kept picking up and immediately hanging up without saying anything. Two different delivery drivers took the order, one told me out would be another 10 minutes, but then dropped the order. The other took the order and never replied to my messages. It said it was out for delivery for an hour. Then it said my order was canceled. I kept trying to call, but they kept hanging up, but after the 5th try they answered saying "Papa john's, we are closed. " I ordered 5 hours before close. I just wanted a refund

The store manager at this location started speaking so rudely to me when I requested him to make the pizza faster which is absolutely normal as customer to ask for.
The way he spoke was awful. He denied me the service and spoke in a very bad way. Forget about this location, I am never ever going to or order any Papa Jones pizza.

This pizza is good. Out of all of the big chains, Papa John's is by far the best. Their garlic sauce is amazing! I would recommend this store to anyone.
