Last time I had the Pizza, it was below average. Thinking about previous experiences, they have all been sub par. Save yourself the grief and order from a local shop that knows how to make good pizza.

Ordered a pizza for delivery a week and a half ago. It was never delivered so I contacted them to ask for a refund. Eight days ago they told me they would refund me, yet they still have none refunded me.

Please change employees , they are not working properly , they cannot cook what they are supposed to cook , it is ridiculous, the place is too dirty

In my honest opinion this store is dirty, not clean, not sanitized, employees never wash there hands and yet touch the food with there bare hands, they failed 1 major inspection due to the whole place being dirty and never check dates or follow the FIFO (First In First Out) they used expired dough and ingredients so yeah don't trust this place AT ALL!!!

THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY. There is no good, no bad, just ugly, more like FUGLY. I bought a pizza for the first time on 12/9/2023 at this "sorry excuse for pizza place" and I will NEVER order from there again. It looked like it was leftover and they had re-heated it; the bottom was overcooked, the top cold and uncooked, and the crust was soggy. I can't believe people eat this pizza, and that this place is in business. When I called the manager and told him how horrible it was, and asked if I could I have my money back or a credit, he said there was nothing he could, just DON'T EAT THERE AGAIN! Wow, wonderful customer service. Thank you horrible manager, that is exactly what I will do. I should have gone to Giordano's which is my favorite pizze place, but this was closer. Just another reason for me to stop eating out. If I could select NO STARS, I would. (p.s. I will be dropping off the pizza so they can throw it away themselves -- or they might reheat it and resell it.)
On a busy night the guy working the front counter was dropping f-bombs at customers (while I'm there with my 6 year old son). He threatened to break anyone's phone who showed him their order was ready for pickup..

Person that took call kept interrupting me. Also, you guys are charging $5 for delivery and still ask if one wants to add a tip. Then what's the $5 for that you are charging?

Had a pizza delivered tonight. Overall, you could just tell there was little effort in the quality of this pizza. Wasn't even cut to where you could get a slice.

sorry, but this has to be the worst pizza ive ever tried. its a shame that its even here in Chicago. Move out of the city with the best pizza in the US. Yea I said it. Chicago has the best pizza.
