So I ordered a pizza in the morning and got it great ! I got a coupon and tried to order it for my dinner as well with my coupon , it didn’t work for me online so I tried calling the place, the First Lady was kind and transferred me through to the manager, I told him the problem and then he hung up on me , maybe I thought it was a connection problem,I called again then he put me on hold for 2 minutes and later said call the store I told him I did and they connected me to you, he told me to wait for a second then hung up on me again !!Just felt it was a little rude and if they couldn’t do anything about the coupon simply could’ve told me and I would’ve went along and ordered my food!

I rarely leave reviews, and especially for pizza, but I just had to leave one for the very caring management and staff in this location!I ordered 2 large pizzas and I briefly mentioned that it was for students on the phone. Order was received by staff and time of delivery/expectation was clearly communicated.When I went outside in time for my delivery, I have my deliverer happily hand over not two, but three large pizza boxes. I started correcting them "that's not for us". But the delivery man continue to insist that it's for me and said the manager, Assan/Assad (?) wanted to provide extra pizza "for the children".I don't see many hospitable kindness like that in local business now a days in the neighborhood. I just wanted to thank you all for that today. It's not about the extra large pizza that we got for free, it was truly just the warmth and care for the community.Sending you all good thoughts, we all enjoyed the pizza very much!

Kay just made this the best papa John’s pizza pickup experience ever!He first greeted me with a warm and friendly hello when I walked in. Another employee whose name I didn’t catch was at the register and was ringing me up for my order. While he was doing that I asked the cashier for some red peppers. Kay immediately stepped up without having to be asked to assist his teammate and me by going and getting the peppers as well as offering plates, napkins, and, sauces while he was at it. What surprised me with his cheerful-eagerness to help! What a great (and hard to find) trait!To top it off, as I was leaving, Kay raced to the door to open it for me, and told me to have a good evening and thanked me for coming in.I left so genuinely impressed with the kindness and dedication displayed by Kay His customer service is next level! Good job Kay!I hope a raise and promotion is in your future!

Don't eat here. I got the worst food poisoning of my life from this place. I don't believe they rotate their stock. I still get nauseous whenever I see a Papa John's commercial or even when I just talk to my dad whose name happens to be John.

1st order was prepared with leftovers try not to order after 8:30 seems to happen during the hours of 8pm-10pm un cooked tomato paste in stead of pizza sauce ? and stingy with that so not only is it dry but the cheese is stiff ? and the crust is salty but by far the best part of the pizza let's not talk about the wings always preheated never fresh the best thing they got is the manager Jerry running around with bad food trying to make it right without a refund after the second attempt to get it right now I know it's just a bad cook in house so I just let it go they are not using fresh nor top of the line ingredients it seems as though everything is pre cooked then reheated in which changes the texture moisture and freshness of their products

I order from here often and have never had a bad experience. Today I forgot to add an extra ranch&garlic sauce to my cart before hitting submit. I called right away and they were very kind and were able to add these to my order and didn’t even charge me for them. Little things like that go a long way for me!

Excellent gluten-free 10” personal sized pizza and they deliver FAST if you’re in the area! My guilty-pleasure go-to. Love that they include one topping for free and always an extra garlic sauce. ???

Said pizza would be delivered in 15-25 but it was delivered in 65. Would not have spent the money if they were upfront on the over hour time. Would not recommend unless you're willing to wait over 4x the estimated wait time.

I just wanna let you know that is very disgusting. The reason why when I come in is pizza, this guy didn’t have a wash hands same time touch it his computer whatever. And I look at him he is very disgusting please wash your hands and gloves too for safety foods. So I never want to back again. So after that I left.
