So the heavy lady at the counter has Zero charisma l, she took our order like she is getting a root canal, She failed us by not caring. So instead of us getting 10 habanero and 10 parm and a large cheese fries, her incompetent order taking had us short 10 wings and no cheese on the fries.Teach her how to be pleasant, small and repeat the order so the house doesn’t loose anymore Cash and also loose repeat business. she gets Zero Stars
