The food is very good and seasoned well. The workers are very professional and welcoming ! I love this place.
I frequent this establishment, even though the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On this particular day, I placed an order to go and when I arrived at the place where my vehicle was parked, it wasn't there. I called the restaurant to let them know that my car was missing and that I need to find out if my car had been towed, for some reason. I apologized for the inconvenience(I found out my car had been stolen). The woman on the other end was frustrated! She told me that the food was ready and was there any way that I could pick it up!!!!! I explained the situation again and she did not show any sympathy. I was extremely shocked. The food is pretty good, but this experience made me look that this place completely different.

I went here with a group of friends. We were sat immediately. Read through the menu, ordered, and received our food all in under 15 minutes. The steak jibarito was quite tasty. Get it with salsa (very spicy in a good way) and garlic oil that really tie the whole dish together! The vibe was really chill, a mix of Chicago sports clubs and Puerto rican flare. Our server was kind and took great care of us. I'll be back for sure!

An absolute gem. Family owned, made with love, and most importantly — consistent.

Ordered through Grubhub at 7:35pm, didn’t get my food until 9:04pm!! I can’t believe that it took so long. Either get more cooks/employees or don’t have deliveries. Never again will I order or buy from you. Now to try the food…..
I would give more stars if I could - the food and the service is amazing!

Weighted nearly 10 minutes for them to notice we were in need of a table. Then another 5 for them to clean the table off and seat us. I ordered a salad which was the lousiest salad I've been served since my middle school lunchroom. It was shredded watery lettuce and raw veggies, very flavorless and boring. The chicken looks great in the back but was dry and crumbly on my salad. The jibaritos were surprisingly bad. Essentially zero salt or garlic notes which is essential for fried green plantains in any dish. Woefully unsatisfied with my meal and everyone at my table agreed. We consistently eat south American and Caribbean food and this was some of the worst. Way too expensive for what your served and honestly even if it was cheap it would've been an upsetting meal. 1/10

The best Jibaritos in the USA. I always get the steak jibarito, arroz con gandulez, parcha (passion fruit) to drink, and sweet plantains! I come here once a week.

Ok food nothing spectacular rice tasted old and reheated chicken was dry
Food was mediocre. Rice tasted not fresh maybe from the day before. Chicken could’ve used some more flavor. Just wasn’t all it was hyped up to be.
