Used to be my fave but have gone down hill big time. Chicken was rubbery, naan was burnt. Our order was missing three items. Called as soon as we got home and got hung up on. Went in today to ask for the missing items to be refunded, stood there for no joke 20mins, no one ever emerged. A forgotten table of four desperately search the restaurant for napkins. One hopeful guest found success with a stack tucked away behind the host stand. They rejoiced.

Exceptionally good, freshly made Indian food while you wait. The owner Shah is delightful. Particularly enjoyed the vegetarian samosas, the garlic naan, the chicken with mango, lamb with spinach, and lamb vindaloo. Good value for your money and BYOB.

We went here with a party six today for my birthday and Shah, the owner was so sweet and made our food exceptionally delicious. Everything we ordered was so fresh and so good. We had the Samosas, garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, mango chicken, and the coconut chicken with basmati rice. The tea that he made for us was good. I also tried the mango lassi, so refreshingly good too! Basically We loved everything here. I really recommend this small but cozy place to anyone who love Indian food or to those who have not tried Indian food. Give this place a try. We definitely be back again!

Really impressed!! I put Paprika towards to top of the best Indian food I've had in Chicago. Make sure to order Mild spice if you don't like spicy foods.

I had Meat Samosas, Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan. The food was pretty good but the wait was crazy. I ordered ahead and waited the full time (30 minutes) and I don't believe they had started my food until I got there so I waited another 25 minutes. There was no one else there which made it frustrating.

Highly recommended, especially for Vegetarians and chicken lovers. This place is a little gem. TThe owner serves you and does not stop trying to please you. You melt right there. He turns on the music and you might hear chanting from Ram Dass or gongs in the background.Delicious Tandoori chicken , Spinach ,vegetable samosas, basmati rice with tumeric and paprika, out of this world rice pudding.Too stuffed to order more. Will definitely be back with friends.Service, food ambience more than 4 stars

First time eating at Paprika and I can confidently say that I will be a regular customer. The food was amazing, especially the naan which was made from scratch as soon as we ordered. Everything was delicious and the owner treated us like we were family and made sure we were well fed and happy! He was so incredibly kind and generous! Paprika should be your first choice for dinning! I cannot recommend it enough! Can’t wait to come back!

The whole wheat breads here remind me of the ones from Bhabi's Kitchen, yum! Really good dishes, very homemade tasting and not as heavy as the versions at other restaurants. Great Chicken Tikka Masala, vegetarian dishes, and even the rice (free with entrees) is a nice flavorful surprise!

Absolutely amazing food, the family that runs Paprika crafted an amazing dinner for us and have amazing service. I had the chicken tikka masala and onion nan (large portions of nan!) and it was a perfect combo. Bravo!

Order--Papadam, vegetable korma, Palak Turka dahl, plain naanThe good-- food was delayed. Delivery driver was very communicative and restaurant added in dessert due to long wait. Papadam and dessert were delicious. The bad--some of the worst Indian food I've had. Naan was not naan, had consistency of stuffed paratha. Korma was medicore with very unusual combination of ingredients and missing creaminess. Dahl was super thick and terrible flavor.
