Excellent atmosphere, great tunes, incredibly overpriced food, small portions, and nothing that you couldn't find elsewhere for a more reasonable price. The space itself is quite nice though, so I'm torn. I wish it were more of a bar though, I certainly would pop in from time to time, but primarily as a restaurant I suspect it won't last.
Parachute Hifi is one of our go to restaurants and has been for over a decade (before the “Hifi” was added). We moved to the suburbs 8 years ago and we regularly return for anniversaries and special occasions. We were lucky enough to go to Wherewithal before the pandemic (very sad that it closed as we thought it was also amazing). Anelya also very good. Parachute Hifi has always been solid all around. Don't sleep on the burger.
This place is very different from their original concept and while I like the old place/concept better, this one does deliver.
The atmosphere is very much a listening bar and they have a great selection of cocktails that are all well made. The food menu is on the small side but everything we had was good.
