This Paris Baguette located inside HMart is a neighborhood gem! The pastries are fresh and delicious, drinks are spot on and staff is truly world-class. Counter and cashiers are kind, friendly, and energetic. This is under new ownership and it shows! The Dubai Chocolate Donut was a hit and super delish! Will have to return and try a sourdough sandwich.

My friend and I went to a previous Paris Baguette location so we thought this one would be fine. It was small and crowded, but that’s not that big of a deal. We waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. We did not even see the staff up front. I got the soufflé cheesecake, which I thought didn’t have a lot of flavor, but her berry tart was really good. I wanted to do some homework on my laptop. When I asked a staff member very politely if they had public wifi, she looked me up and down and said “no” like I was an idiot for not knowing that this location did not have public wifi. Also, why does this location not have public wifi? You would think the HMart would let the Paris Baguette customers use theirs!

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but the exceptional service at this location deserves recognition. The Almond Croissant was exquisite—perfectly prepared and presented. However, what truly distinguishes this establishment is the staff. Even during a busy period, the team operated with remarkable poise and efficiency, treating every customer with genuine courtesy and focus. It is rare to encounter professionals who represent a brand with such dignity. This team is a tremendous asset to your business.

Such a lovely spot! The Strawberry Croissant is delightful—light, flaky, and not too sweet 🍓🥐 But the staff is the real standout here. They are the reason I keep coming back! I came in during a busy rush, and the team was handling everything with such grace. The person at the register was so patient and took extra care to box my pastries so they wouldn't get crushed, all while keeping a genuine smile. It’s rare to find a team this hardworking and thoughtful. They seriously make the experience! They are the sweetest, hardest-working humans ever and always greet you with the biggest smiles. ✨

This location is one of my best experiences of the Paris Baguette chains. The employees here are so kind and very thoughtful. They assisted me when I had questions on some of the items in the menu and never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed with my order. The service itself is very fast and efficient. The employees had a positive attitude and spoke so well mannered! I would for sure recommend coming here!

Rude employee. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and mistakes happen. It’s an awkward space to form a line so we have to stand side by side. The employee this morning said there was someone else in front of me. I did let them in front to be polite, we both had just one item. After they had left I let the employee know it was a mistake and I was in line. She gave me a sarcastic sorry and didn’t seem to acknowledge or care. Other reviews aren’t very happy with the service here either. The location in China Town is better

Just wow… the service here. When we visited, there was only one cashier. We waited several minutes and no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, we saw other customers using trays to pick up bread and check out, so we assumed it was self-service and started selecting a cake. Then a staff member suddenly came out—no greeting, no “Hi, can I help you?”—just “What are you doing?” We explained our misunderstanding, but instead of clarifying politely, she grabbed the cake box, damaged the cake, and told us we weren’t allowed to do that. A simple sign or a friendly explanation would have solved everything. The attitude and the way the cake was handled were really disappointing, and it made us not want to come back.

From savory to sweet😋 All the workers were extremely kind and made great recommendations🤗 (shoutout girlies with bows~ so cute and kind) The drinks are really good too (shoutout iced hazelnut latte w/ half n half cream) You can sit inside the food court to enjoy your bread or they can package it to go for you too!!
