The few times I've been I get the same person to make my drinks. They are delicious every single time!!!! My mom loved the pastries as well.

Google says it closes at 0800PM but it was 0740PM when we arrived. An employee says they are closed. So what time do you close officially vs what time does an employee want to close?

I'm so glad that there is a Paris Baguette so close to my home. The cake slice that caught my eye was the Blueberry Chiffon cake. The cake was so moist and flavorful. I was disappointed that they didn't have the Red Velvet cake ?.

Despite having repeated the birthday girl’s name three times, with each alphabet given phonetic examples, slowly. Rather than apologizing staff was rude about it and blaming it on a manager’s unfortunate circumstances. If it really was the manager that took down the order I apologize, but it is much more likely that a regular staff took the order, so to me it simply sounded like an excuse. I would have expected the staff to be offer better service but it seemed to me that they hired wrong staff(s) unfortunately. For reference rude employee had a short haircut, scarf on head and glasses. I would appreciate training her better.

i like paris baguette! they usually offer vegan muffins, chocolate and blueberry and they are actually really good! super moist and yummy, but this location is particular does not carry them!!!! also their coffee is very strong--they offer oat and almond substitutes!

Excellent bakery and cafe. I’ve been to two locations. The one on Michigan Ave (close to grant park) and the one on west Jackson. I tried the sweet pastries and some of the sandwiches. I loved it, esp the pastries (pain aux raisins and almond croissant). Nothing compares to a boulangerie in France, but this is as close as I’ve had in Chicago. Note: the west Jackson location is inside the H-mart and has less pastry options than the Michigan one.

Very nice bakery. Delicious sweet pastries, the savour crab pastry is really nice and the donut filled with vanilla custard is fantastic. However, closing time is 9 pm but unfortunately they switch off the ovens before 8:15pm. I wanted a pastry warmed up but was told ovens had been switched off. Employee’s had started stacking the chairs on the table while people were still eating, 45 mins before closing. I wanted to enjoy a nice coffee and dessert after having dinner but the place wasn’t very inviting when staff is cleaning.

Went for brunch on a Sunday, took a broccoli & cheddar quiche and asked for them to heat it up. Also took a raspberry Almond croissant and cherry and Greek yogurt Danish. All in all l, the pastries that I had were great and fresh, I'd give them 5 stars for that. The service wasn't great, checked out my items, they asked me if I wanted to dine in or take out. I replied ,"Dine in". But they packed my stuff by mistake. I repeated what I said and they apologized, I got another tray by myself to put my items back on. There weren't any free seats. Waited a bit for a table to clear up and took my seat. I would come again though for the food. Caramel macchiato was good.

This was my first time coming to Paris Baguette, and I will be going there more often when I have the chance. There was a nice variety of options to choose from! When checking out, the front register woman was very helpful and polite.
