A recurring issue is the excessive amount of ice used in drinks, which significantly reduces the actual liquid content. This is compounded by their strict no-refill policy, an uncommon and frankly stingy practice for a casual eatery, especially given the price point. Furthermore, the customer service can be inconsistent, sometimes bordering on indifferent. While not overtly rude, the staff often lacks the warmth and attentiveness that elevates a dining experience, making interactions feel transactional rather than welcoming. In conclusion, Paris Baguette's potential, primarily due to its acceptable food quality, is overshadowed by significant issues. I have been to this location a few times in the last few months. While I enjoy Paris Baguette, this location is always unclean. The checkout counter and condiments counter are always filthy with drink stains and food crumbs. It takes less than 30 seconds to wipe a counter. The glass around the baked goods is cloudy with rag streaks. Staff stack cups on top of each other when bringing them to the counter for customers, which is gross. Bathrooms are always dirty. Unsanitary and poorly managed. The fact that the workers are ok working around filth speaks to their own personal standards. You should hire new people or raise the standard.

I absolutely love this bakery! Their coffee is consistently smooth and rich, and the pastries are always fresh, with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, they have a fantastic variety to choose from. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the ideal spot for a quick morning stop or a relaxed afternoon break. I can’t get enough of this place!❤️

Baguette is in their name “Paris Baguette” but this store literally runs out of baguettes—all the time! There are already so few items for people with dairy allergy to select from and they run out of basic bread still. Something seems wrong with their logistics. Have to say the baguettes are delicious though.
Vegetarian options: Next to no vegetarian option for people with dairy allergy. There are two types of vegan muffin and the baguettes they always run out. That’s about it.
