I have to say I was MAJORLY IMPRESSED!!! I got an amazing fresh salad for $12 that put local restaurants to shame! Incredibly fresh ingredients and very yummy! And of course I love anything that supports this amazing zoo! It's laid out in a sort of cafeteria style and the salads are in the cold case off to the side of the lines for food, so you'll need to look for them, but trust me when I say you will be glad you did! ❤️

Overpriced and horrible food. Don’t not get the warps from the Safari Wraps place. Ordered a cauliflower wrap. It was uncooked inside and the chips they with it are burnt and taste awful. Don’t know if you can call them chips.

Food is good considering it's at a zoo. The place is clean inside. They have many food options and ice cream I recommend getting the little ones the hot god and fries for $9.90 my kids liked it. The burgers are great it was big and tasty.the buffalo sandwich was good says my husband. I also recommend bringing your own drinks in a small cooler bag cause they are like $5 a cup. This zoo is awesome.

Good Chicago Hot Dog but is it worth $10? I don’t think so.

Reasonably priced quality food. Especially at The Gorilla Grill. Good service all around.

The dish is beautiful, but difficult to eat, not suitable for Asian tastes.

Good classic breakfast spot with delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. We had the French toast and avocado toast. The French toast was delicious. The avocado toast was ok, I was expecting sliced avocado but it seemed more like guacamole than avocado. Still good but just not what I expected.

Bring your patience or eat outside! Very noisy, packed with rude people and kids who like to throw food around. The staff often works in slow motion and can be surly. We have been coming here for many years. The original turkey wraps were unique, made from thick cut chunks of provolone and smoked turkey. Nowadays you get regular sliced deli meat, and a very small sandwich. I didn't want the awful barbecue chips and had to beg for a pickle. Final cost, just under $17 for just the sandwich. When I left I was still hungry. Not sure how people can afford to buy lunch for an entire table. There are several different "food stations" and options, but none are cheap. Be careful walking. The mess on the floor gets slippery and can be treacherous.

If you're going to spend some time at the Lincoln Park Zoo, I would highly recommend eating lunch from this cafe, which features plenty of different types of foods, beverages, snacks, & treats. We had Chicago Dogs, which were delicious, and french fries, also delicious. You can sit inside or out. Staff was friendly & helpful. Make it a plan to get some great food while you're here!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices for kids.

glad to stumbled upon this food court within the Lincoln park zoo. They got multiple food options. We had nuggets and hot dog for quick lunch. good taste, quick service, reasonable price and lots of seats. need no worry if you're gonna spend a couple of hours here.
