My recent experience at this location was disappointing. When I inquired about the points program, the manager stated that it was no longer offered. However, I was able to confirm with proof that the program is still active, indicating he was not familiar with how it works. He also did not make any effort to check the system or attempt to add the points, even when presented with the information.
Additionally, the staff appeared slow and inattentive throughout my visit. Given these issues and the overall lack of attention to customers, I do not plan to return.

Was totally ignored 95% of the time until I the guy sitting next to me had his beer put on my table. Getting upset about that finally caused them to offer me service. Not a good impression for someone from out of town. Not sure if I can recommend unless you're a group of people.

Wonderful restaurant & bar with great outside seating in the medical district
The food was good, the service was good, & our server was good. Went to the United center 4 a concert. There website says free parking pass & and shuttle 2 concert. The parking pass covers only 1/2 the cost. The shuttle brings you to the United center but not back to the parking garage. FYI the parking garage will not take discover!

Food was mediocre. Not worth the price. Our server was nice enough but that's about all she had going for her. We saw her a total of 3 times over two hours. When she took our drink order, when she took our food order, and when she dropped off the auto grat check. The problem with auto grat..... Is that they knew they were getting $40 off us no matter how the service was. Never checked how the food was, never got one drink refilled, didn't clear one dirty dish. Not even appetizer plates. Once the food order was in we never saw her again until it was time for her to get her money. Will never be back.
