I was there for a party.. They charged me a tip with every purchase, and I couldn't run a tab. I've been there before, with mostly white patrons, and they didn't do that.
The food was good, the service was good, & our server was good. Went to the United center 4 a concert. There website says free parking pass & and shuttle 2 concert.
The parking pass covers only 1/2 the cost.
The shuttle brings you to the United center but not back to the parking garage.
FYI the parking garage will not take discover!

I have been here 2-3 times in the past year, at lunch and in the evening before a show. Unfortunately, each time the service has been less than great. Once I was by myself, two times with a friend. Felt like the bartenders were having a contest to see who could ignore us longer. Last time the kitchen got back up and instead of saying anything to us - or giving us a drink on the house while we waited - they went back to avoiding direct eye contact.
