Idk why the service was so horrifically bad but this experience was not enjoyable at all. Aside from the Mac and cheese bites but had to chase down someone to give us a fork knife and napkin

I never write bad reviews esp being in the hospitality industry myself, but truly never received worse service. Mid day the server ignored us for 45 mins so we went to bar for drinks only for them to ignore us and say they couldn’t make us drinks on the menu. Finally got beers at the bar after 13 mins. Finally ordered food at the table after an hour and brought out with no fork knife napkin or anything so had to ask around for utensils. Ordered 1 cocktail from our server and she never brought it out. I could understand if it was a really busy Saturday night but it was not like that at all. Hope yall do better next time but I won’t be back :)

I visited last Saturday for a friend's birthday with a group of nine. We were seated upstairs on two small couches with a tiny table in between, leaving us cramped together on the couches.

We placed our food orders, but while most of us received our meals at the same time, the birthday girl and two others had to wait nearly two hours. Meanwhile, we watched other tables including one seated after us, receive their food first. By the time the missing meals finally arrived, the birthday girl had already lost her appetite after sharing food with a friend.

The space was tight, making it difficult to eat comfortably. It was also disappointing to see other birthday celebrations get special treatment, like sparklers and signs, while ours was overlooked.

While our server did a great job keeping our bottomless mimosas refilled, the overall experience was frustrating and not one I’d recommend for a birthday celebration.

Our party was seated for brunch and shortly ordered our food. Music was great, but it took close to an hour for the first dishes to come out and it wasn't even everyone's food. Another wave of food came out ~20 minutes later, but this still didn't include the birthday girl's order. Almost 2 hours later, a waiter came by with her food and at that point, she sent it back because she was no longer hungry. All the while, we saw a table that was seated AFTER us get served all of their dishes. To add insult to injury, we had to ask for the check 4 times before we were finally able to pay.

Went there at 2pm on a Saturday. The host told us that every table was reserved and there was no standing space - weird because I saw some empty tables but still acceptable).
When I told him that we’d go to another place then he offered to let us in for $20 in cash lol

Not sure if thats something the bar condones (at 3pm on a random Saturday) but I definitely won’t be back.

I rarely write posts like this, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Last night, I visited this establishment with several business clients who wanted to watch March Madness. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but it quickly became clear that they were understaffed.

After waiting about 15 minutes without service, I got up to check with the hostess about availability. Just as I was doing so, a waitress emerged and was heading toward our table. I politely asked if we could get some service, acknowledging that they seemed short-staffed.

Out of nowhere, a man—who appeared to be a host or manager—abruptly intervened. Dressed in a dark maroon jacket with a nose ring, he dismissively told me, “Sir, just please sit down,” in a tone more suited to a bouncer than a hospitality professional. It was one of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had in an establishment. My clients were shocked.

Thankfully, our waitress, Taylor, was wonderful. She apologized for his behavior and took great care of us. We ended up spending nearly $800, but due to that gentleman’s conduct, I would never return. Management should be ashamed.

Three meals were forgotten, took an hour and a half to get the bill after being told 3 times that the check was coming. First time coming here and I don't think I'll be back.

Went for Sunday brunch and loved the vibe! The music was A1 but it was a little too loud. Our waitress was practically yelling and we still couldn’t hear her! The menu was pretty limited but the bottomless mimosas and tequila towers were a good addition. I ordered wings and fries and they came out quickly and were nice and hot. The flavor was good and they give you a decent portion. All in all good experience would patronize again.

Not a must have. They should be either a restaurant or a party spot but not both. Slow service. Basic food.

I made reservations and they basically lied about EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! I asked do they play music and they said yes. No music was played only the games. I asked about the dress code they said it wasn’t one but gave us a hard time at the door. I don’t recommended this place at all

Right out of the gate, I want to say that the male bartender was awesome and he fixed the issue right away.

I visited on January 6th at 8pm because of an OpenTable 1,000 point promotion they were offering. I had a few drinks and Mac and cheese bites. The Mac and cheese bites were awesome, the drinks were cold and the male bartender was great.

When I paid, the bill was $16 higher than what I was expecting. I had 4 seltzers, which should have been $5 each because I purchased food. They were charged at $9 each. When I told the male bartender “there’s no way the bill was correct, a female bartender who was just coming on shift interrupted and said “well that’s our happy hour, so 2 drinks can be discounted but the rest are full price”. The male bartender then went to the back and had the issue fixed right away.

I have 2 issues. First, the menu doesn’t reflect the discount only being a happy hour special. I checked their website as well and it doesn’t show this discount being only a happy hour special. Second, the female bartenders attitude was unbelievable. Her snarky attitude and her “explanation” of the drinks only being a happy hour special wasn’t great. If she has an issue, perhaps she should ask management to update the menus to not misrepresent this special being offered at all times.

I don’t want anything for free. The male bartender corrected the issue and was super kind. I just want people to be aware that you may get hit with a larger bill than you were expecting. Also, this restaurant charges an automatic 20% gratuity plus a 4% restaurant surcharge (that they neglect to tell you about until you get your receipt). What I’m trying to say is: check your bill before you pay!
