We came in to gather after a family wedding for food and a close to a great weekend. It did not turn out to be a great ending. The music was so unbearably loud that we could not even talk across the table to each other. Our waitress didn’t even get all of our order because unbeknownst to us , she didn’t hear it. When we asked if the music could be turned down we were told that corporate does that and that they had no control over it. A customer came over as my husband was talking to an employee about this problem, and showed his phone and said the noise level was at 130 decibels. Very unsafe. We left with most of our food in boxes because it was too hard to be inside the restaurant. I would not recommend this place.

Good vibes, only downside was asking members of the group to wait in an empty restaurant at 5pm for the rest of the group to show. Other than that it was fine.
My new 5k bottega veneta bag got stolen in 2m and I'm still waiting for the manger and workers to check the cameras, according to them it was very crowded, my table where the bag got stolen was empty all around when this incident happened. I'm 100% sure they have the tape with the people who stole my bag, for some reason they didn't want to check. Be careful.. fortunately target provided the tape showing the people charging my CC to the police.
We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess greeted us upon or arrival and accommodated our seat request, our waitress was attentive, and the food and drinks were delicious. We were celebrating my son's 21st bday and they brought him out a special dessert!
Good atmosphere and great watching a game. Food was inconsistent. Several dishes been mediocre and not worth the $. But what was most obvious and impacted our experience was the rapid manner the staff been approaching us and seemed they want to get done and onto the next customers to fill the tables. This is even weirder when considering many come to have a long evening while eating, drinking and watching a game.
We love Parlor, had a big group there of 20 and a great day with the restaurant windows open and a nice breeze. Had that outdoor feeling without the sun beating down on us. Great Pizzas and spicy margaritas are the best. Thanks to everyone for making the birthday celebration special.
Yay so fun! The server was so friendly and it was a really fun vibe, food was really good.
Great pizza, great vibe! If you like Bloody Mary's, the build your own Bloody bar is a must!!
Super fun vibe! When the weather is great, it's perfect to sit outside and enjoy the food and drinks! Loved the mozzarella sticks and all the pizzas were super unique and delicious!
Our food and waitress were fantastic! However, the rest of the staff, including the hostess and managers I spoke with throughout the night, were quite unpleasant. They had a lot of rude and unprofessional attitudes. This is the first time I've had such a disappointing experience at this restaurant, which is very unfortunate.

I made a group reservation about 1 week in advanced, we arrived earlier but I called ahead to notify the restaurant. When we got there we were informed our group was going to be sitting in 3 different tables, which I thought was inconvenient. The staff mentioned other tables had already been reserved for other groups, which I thought was odd since we were also a group and booked ahead of time as well. The restaurant had the space to accommodate my group to be together but the staff insisted the tables were reserved. We were there till about 6pm and the restaurant never was full. Nor all the tables they claimed were taken by other groups were occupied. Lesson learned and next time I will make sure to make sure my group sits all together since this was a company outing. Thanks
I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with 10–15 friends. The place is nice, the food was good, cold beer, and the waiters gave great service. I really enjoyed the moment with my friends. I'm a regular customer at both restaurants from this group — I even visited the Taco Bar a few times this week. That's why I was surprised by how the situation at the end was handled. I was charged a surcharge for happy hour. The waitress called the manager to clarify — he said it was mandatory but didn't explain it well. I said I was happy to pay if it was required, but asked if it could be removed in case it wasn't. He then crumpled a second receipt in front of me, which felt like he was trying to hide something. Also, I was charged for the birthday dessert, even though it was my birthday and we were a big group. In the end, I paid both the surcharge and the birthday dessert, as I didn't want to spoil the moment with my guests or the restaurant staff. It's not about the money — it's about kindness and the customer experience, which could have been better. Without that, it would have been a perfect evening.
Great spot in the West Loop for pizza and a drink. Nothing better than sitting on the patio enjoying a drink with friends.
Great food and atmosphere, service is great and very attentive, we had our waitress and a manger woman walking around and she was very attentive and helpful . Only complaint is lighting , could us a little bit more
We love Parlor Pizza Bar — it is our go-to for Sunday Funday lunch after church. Always a very upbeat energy throughout, and their Sunday Brunch offerings are outstanding. Parking can be a challenge, so we typically valet and it works out fine. Fun time, as always.
