Great food and atmosphere, service is great and very attentive, we had our waitress and a manger woman walking around and she was very attentive and helpful . Only complaint is lighting , could us a little bit more
We love Parlor Pizza Bar — it is our go-to for Sunday Funday lunch after church. Always a very upbeat energy throughout, and their Sunday Brunch offerings are outstanding. Parking can be a challenge, so we typically valet and it works out fine. Fun time, as always.
This was our 3 time at Parlor and as always the food was great! Place was very busy, which meant the service was less than ideal. Also since it was almost 100 degrees outside, having all of the large windows open it made the restaurant unbearably hot.
The pizza was great and we had a nice server named Dana. But truly, the pizza was phenomenal
We went for Father's Day Brunch and sat on the patio as it was a beautiful day. Food was excellent and service was great. Our group would highly recommend the Chilaquiles, Avocado Toast, and, of course, the Bloody Mary Bar!
Service was absolutely horrible. We had to flag someone down every time we wanted to order. Hostess would not seat us until more of the party showed up and once they did they gave up our table without telling us. Overall very rude staff and very disappointed.
Great happy hour deals and was the perfect setting for our corporate team dinner. Not many places allow you to book a dinner online for 15+ without a F&B minimum and Parlor was able to accommodate our group with ease
Great service and Bloody Mary bar is top notch as always. Loved the pizzas- got multiple kinds and all were good.
Zero service. Waited a long time to be greeted and waited so long to get the bill almost walked out. We saw our server one time - when he took our order. That was it!!! I had to flag someone down to pay.
Parlor Pizza is great on a warm day when you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. Food is always pretty good. Out waitress was great! One thing that always bothers me though is that the nacho bites used to be a plate full of nachos, and nowadays it's only a few chips loaded up for $20. A little ridiculous, but still tasty.

West loop was hoppin on this Friday night. Service was fast and friendly. They easily sat our party of 5, asked if we wanted inside or out, upper deck was beautiful. Pizzas came out fast and the variety was refreshing we had 3 different kinds and my fav was Cheez Mary and Joseph. We didn't feel rushed out. Thanks
Overall really great experience and prompt service for a large group! Love going to Parlor
I love Parlor 🫶🏽 Their pizza is good & their desserts are so fun! Great vibes all the way!
Our group of 20+ had a fantastic experience at Parlor Pizza in West Loop! From start to finish, the service and food exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the nacho bites, balsamic glazed fried mozzarella, parlor pizza bread, sgt. pepper pizza, cheesus, Mary and Joseph pizza, and margherita pizza. Every item was flavorful and perfectly cooked—especially the pizzas, which were a crowd favorite. The cocktails were also expertly crafted and added to the celebratory atmosphere. The enclosed porch area was a great setting for our gathering, offering a cozy and private vibe while still being lively and fun. A big shoutout to Ally, our main server, who did an outstanding job managing such a large party with ease, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure everyone felt well taken care of. Parlor Pizza is a great spot for both small gatherings and larger parties. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere in the West Loop!
Great food and the staff was excellent! This is a rather large place, so it's perfect for groups. Some of us shared pizzas, while others ordered individual meals. The pizzas are a good size for sharing and we had left overs, which are always welcome. They also had a Bloody Mary bar, since we visited for brunch, which was an awesome value. being from Wisconsin we are particular about our bloodys and they provided all the fixings! Overall, this place had that wonderful old school pizza parlor feel while still being able to provide enough space for our group. We had a great time and the staff was extremely attentive! They also have tv's around, which made it perfect for those in our group that were interested in the NCAA games. We would definitely go back!
