I had put down we were celebrating a birthday and they did not say anything when checking nor did the service acknowledge it

Opentable Diner

An outstanding experience at Parlor this evening! This was the first truly gorgeous day in Chicago so Parlor was very busy (as expected). We were seated for our reservation right away and our waiter made sure to get our order in for happy hour as soon as possible. Although service was a little slower due to the volume of customers, our waiter was very kind and apologetic, checking on us constantly and bringing us free drinks. I would say Parlor has the best value during happy hour - $6/$7 select drinks, $6 select apps, and buy one get one pizzas - unbeatable.

The best eating out experience Ive had since a child at Rainforest Cafe. Great atmosphere, Great. Even better service. The price point for the food and drinks are completely reasonable as they are presentable, tasty, and full off quantity as well as quality. Come On a weekend and ask for a table with Alfonzo. 10/10

We had a wonderful evening at Parlor. Had a group of 8 people to celebrate a birthday. The waiter was very attentive but not pushy. We ordered the nachos, which were delicious, and 4 pizzas. Not one piece left. Excellent. And the birthday cake they brought was so fun! All in all a very good experience.

Dined during lunch - 1:30 pm on a Saturday. The crowd was very light...Ambience and vibe inviting. The staff, including the manager, were warm and welcoming. Our server was delightful. He was knowledgeable, informative, efficient, courteous, and eager to please! Based on that experience, alone, I will return. The food was tasty. We ordered the nacho bites; margherita pizza; and Parlor chicken sandwich. The sandwich was average, but I look forward to experimenting with other menu items. Definitely worth a visit.

Awful experience! Went in with my friend who has a disabled daughter. I have a disabled son. The server outright refused to modify the item so it would be edible to my friend’s child. Who does that??! How unprofessional and rude. The request was literally please just send out plain pasta. My friend offered to pay full price for any pasta dish she just needed it plain. That’s too hard!? Really!? As a person who has a passion for other people who are disabled I will never be a guest of yours again!

Their happy hour deals are AWESOME but the food just wasn't great. We got their BOGO pizza and both pizzas were soggy, toppings falling off, and just not satisfying. I would not pay full price (~$26) for them. The nacho appetizer is small, like 8 chips, so not worth it even for $5 on HH. Their drink prices are great on HH though. I would return only for HH and only if I was okay with mediocre food that day.

I have to say I was a little skeptical when my husband and I walked in. It was a little loud for us but we’re older. We got used to it after a while but the important thing was the waitress. She was so amazingly kind and helpful and we noticed. So the food…we had the salad…one each. Mine was the most elaborate with avocado, kale, cheese tomato etc. Can’t remember the name of it. My husband had a Caesar salad and he said the dressing was superb. The the pizza…Cheesus, Mary and Joseph plus mushrooms was so good…amazing, really. Then the piece de resistance…dessert. I got the fried ice cream. Salted caramel ice cream, fried with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping, caramel sauce, whipped cream and strawberries. My goodness…no words. I would skip a part of the meal just for the dessert but I don’t know which one I would skip!

The Honey Boo Boo pizza was so delicious! This place is great for groups and celebrations of any kind. The staff was nice, but the waitress was not as attentive. They have great appetizers, and drinks are also tasty. You can make reservations ahead of time. The entrance to this place was confusing, though. The door seemed to be blocked off, but it wasn't. You can split the bill into 4 cards if needed.

There’s so much less light that you neither can see your friend’s face sitting next to you nor what food you are eating!!! Worst ambience

The interior and exterior are very nice with lots of seating tons of room. The food was very tasty. It was served hot and fresh and fast. It was a bit disappointing that we were not able to watch a game on the TV above us at our own table, because they were allowing people that were sitting at the bar with TV’S above them to utilize the TV above our own personal table to watch the game that they wanted to see so that was a bit disappointing since we spent over $100 just to sit in for Pizza. We would’ve liked to watch the game at our own table that we wanted to see. Other than that the food was very tasty cooked hot and fresh and fast.
