A small, intimate dining area that is perfect for a chill date night or hangout. The sampler was lovely, my favorite being the eggplant and the hummus. I had the vegetarian sabzi which was ok, i was looking for a bit more flavor, but it was still tasty. The lentil soup was super flavorful though and the skewers were delicious according to others in my party.
Solid food, service, and atmosphere. The beef kebab was good, the lamb kebab was great, and the lamb in pomegranate sauce was even better. Wouldn’t recommend the appetizer sampler - none of the appetizers were standouts so a plate full of them was a bit of a waste.
A quaint little restaurant near the Lincoln Park Zoo. The appetizer sampling was so good that I forgot to take a picture before we dug in. The lemonade was perfection in a glass and tasted like they used brown sugar to sweeten. I got the leg of lamb that was so tender that the meat fell off the bone. The gravy that accompanied the meal was rich and flavorful.
