I’ve always had a nice time here. Food is good, great beer list, and the ability to pay through InKind is really helpful.

PARSONS is my favoriteeeee spot for a Cesar wrap!!! It’s beyond AMAZING, you can customize with their spicy seasoned chicken. Best idea they’ve ever had. I literally come here twice a month. Their chicken and all other food is delicious, like their hush puppies BOMB! This specific restaurant is amazing the staff are so kind and welcoming. And their chefs know what they’re doing.

The best chicken sandwich in Chicago hands down. Enjoyed the patio on a date night

I'm conflicted. I went to this Parsons location sometime in June and then in July, both times I ordered the hot fried chicken. It was the best darn fried chicken I've had. The batter was crispy and light. The chicken was juicy and spicy to my liking. I started to boast about Parsons. Now in November, they served me the heaviest battered chicken I've ever had. The batter was over cooked to a point that it was hard and burnt looking. With every bite you get 2x breading to every bit of chicken. They maintained the chicken juicy, but the burnt and heavy breading made the flavor unsatisfactory. I asked about the look of the chicken, and the manager agreed that it was over cooked. They made us another batch, but it wasn't much better. We took it home, but it just didn't taste or hit the same way that it did months ago. I'm not sure what happened. It was soooo good a couple of months ago. This month, it really sucked. Someone tell me when it's good again. I'm looking for a reason. Was it the oil at the end of the day? Was the chicken over battered? I'm definitely going back to give them another chance because the staff was so kind and understanding and tried to make it right.

Really great chicken sandwich and fries offered at a very inexpensive price and value. Also a really good selection of cocktails. Definitely a fun place to have a quick meal with friends. Wish they had napkins/paper towels on the table because the food is extraordinarily messy. But attentive and friendly service. Will definitely return.

The outdoor bar seating was phenomenal for the October weather we've been having. The chicken sandwich is one of the best in the city, with arguably one of the best Mac and cheeses in the city.

Hot unchicken sandwich was excellent. My family got the regular hot chicken and they are still talking about how good it was.

Came here because it was recommended due to an event but was rejected claiming it was close when it was not but let someone else
IN after I was about to leave and the person did not want to give me a reason as to why I couldn’t go in. Came back to give it another shot and was given false information again This place does not support color than I thought. NEVER AGAIN HOW DISGUSTING

This was a nice stop after biking around the neighborhood. It has a cool ambiance but they kept turning down the lights and I couldn’t see haha! The food was fine, pricy but that’s Chicago. The meat was tender and the flavor was good. The fries were decent but plentiful. A good place for families to hangout too.
Chill patio vibes and crispy chicken. Big Dipper Platter was an wild party full of fried goodness… chicken nugs, fried shrimps, hush puppies (these were unusually good) and fries. Most importantly the TEN dips it came with. Blue cheese dressing stole
the show, lights out. All of this was somehow only $35, bangin' deal.
The lady had the Buffalo Chicken Poutine. Solid buffalo sauce, especially loved the tough of pickled celery on top.
Tried the 'not chicken' plant based sandwich and found it enjoyable both in texture and flavor.
Patio was awesome with plentiful seating. Frozen Negroni was a banger along with the pickle marg. Good times for sure.
Vegetarian options: Delicious alternative plant based breaded ‘chikin’.
