Staff is very unprofessional and ghetto lady that take orders on the phone the whole time with a bad attitude cook was on the phone while cooking…fries taste like they been sitting fish was good tho very long wait which is crazy.

I would say I love her Art from outside in! ? I love her menu! Also her food is amazing I tried the blackened jerk wrap! And my Best friend had the catfish sandwich. Everything was fresh and really good. I would have given her 5 stars ⭐️ but the lady at the register had horrible customer service skills! But overall I loved my experience I will be back! ?

We heard about this place on TikTok and we would give it a try well today we stopped and we gave it a try. The wait time is very long. They told us 25 to 30 minutes. We were there 55 minutes and she also told me they were waiting for my fries to come up when the order was finally ready after 55 minutes, the fries were ice cold I tried the big been and it was very salty my wife tried the shrimp over brown rice with chicken wings. It was also salty very disappointed and throwing it away. it was our first time and trust and believe it’s our last time too much salt and the prices are ridiculous for the food. That’s not all that great. Try it at your owe wrist

We heard about this place on TikTok and gave them a try to support black owners. Everything is cooked to order so there is a wait, but the Big Ben did not disappoint. It was hot, fresh, delicious just as advertised. The fries were fried a little too long but overall we were pleasantly pleased, definitely going back.

“These are some of the challenges that make it difficult to support certain Black-owned businesses. When I arrived, the staff member was seated in a chair so low that she was not visible over the counter and did not stand to greet customers. Upon placing my order, I noticed that I was being charged more than the listed price. When I pointed this out, the staff member informed me that the menu was two years old. If the pricing has changed, updating the menu should be a priority.
Additionally, when I received my order, I discovered a missing ingredient. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told, 'Oh, we’re out of that.' My concern is that I wasn’t informed of the missing ingredient when I placed the order, as I would have chosen something else. Unfortunately, the fries were also cold and stale, which made the meal overall unsatisfactory.
I’m hesitant to leave negative reviews, especially for Black-owned businesses, as I want them to succeed. However, experiences like this make it challenging to return. I had seen positive reviews on TikTok, which initially motivated me to visit, but unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning."

The staff cooking the food don’t have on aprons, gloves. Went outside walked back in and started cooking the lady dress showing, pants sagging . Very unsanitary place. The health department will be visiting soon. Only in the black community!!!!

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend going here I only went here only because instagram ordered about $40.00 worth of food and none of it was good the only thing that was okay was to the rice but not enough to make me a happy customer wings was not fresh and also the French fries tasted like they was sitting out for about 2 hrs they was cold big disappointment I won’t be back please learn from this mistake and take care the next customer.
