When this restaurant 1st opened I loved it but now it’s a disappointment! They gave me a burnt chicken Philly & they’re usually good. The chicken was chopped in huge pieces & they just threw it together. You have to wait 30+ minutes just for your food to be this way. I am disappointed. I knew I should’ve walked out when I saw the owner sitting in the waiting area with a bonnet on… I’ll never eat here again!!!

Let me start with a positive…the food is amazing. Always fresh, always tasty.
The service is where this restaurant struggles! Very long wait times, wait estimates of 30 minutes that easily turn into an hour…oh and no refund, I have even tried ordering thru Uber eats and no exaggeration my order is canceled without explanation more than half the time! Sometimes I have to just call them to ask why it was canceled. Some of the cashiers are dismissive and snotty too.
The product is great. Whoever the owner/manager is they need to monitor the operations closer to encourage the success of this restsurant

Yeah the experience sucks. Anytime anything is purchased anywhere with a credit card including in restaurant there is a hold placed by the credit card company to ensure the funds are there. When you CANCEL an order that means the funds are still on hold while the banks wait for transfers. When the transfer is not completed then the funds are released to the customer. Which means even more money needs to be spent to actually find lunch well now dinner because we waited so long The bigger issue here is YOU not the app waited 3 hours to cancel the order. And not only that this has happened on three different days at three different times of day across different platforms. So just say that you don’t care if we patronize your business or not because you are content with the traffic you receive. The fact that you guys failed to even apologize for the experience speaks volumes. But anyway, with my money, I choose to not spend it with people that don’t care about their customers or their experience. Because clearly passion t has no passion to provide customer service. That said if you’re hungry and you don’t wanna wait three hours or gamble with whether or not your order will be canceled. Find someone else to make your lunch. 3.3 stars and a whole lot of other complaints so clearly I’m not alone here.

Gave me burnt food. Ddnt notice until I got all the way home. Ddnt offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. I will never eat here again PETTY. Talking about that's why we remade it like DUH! it's fukkin BURNT! That’s why you remade it. 0/10.

The wait is ridiculous but the food was ok! I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait turned into a hour. Wasn’t many ppl in the establishment. This my second time coming from a far. The salmon bit were good the first time. Tried them again and it wasn’t satisfying. I also got the jerk wrap, which was good!

I ordered food today about 5:15pm (large crab fried rice, salmon fried rice). 50 minutes later they inform me they were out of food! Who is in charge of inventory! DO NOT GO THERE. Cust service sucks!

I ordered the catfish meal on door dash from passion T the catfish was so SALTY the FRIED RICE SALTY the MAC&CHEESE it had pepper flakes it's was also SALTY AND SPICY. TERRIBLE

Heard alot about itbso I already knew i wanted to try it my daughter had surgery at a near by hospital so we stay a few day so i had my husband get us some food was fresh and hot but they had no eggs rolls.that day smh the lines wasn’t to bad. Even my daughter liked the rice so i would like to try them again but from reading The reviews i feel like they hit and miss so hopefully i go when its hitting lol new review coming soon 🫶🏾

I’ve seen everyone ranting and raving about the crab fried rice so I couldn’t wait to try it. The good thing was I was able to order ahead and it was ready when I arrived. The cashier was very nice. I got home all excited and to my disappointment was there was barely any crab meat in my rice!!!!!!!! I literally had to search for it 🥲 so for $19 ….. totally disappointment. Honestly if I didn’t live so far I would have taken it back!
