The restaurant recently went viral so like everyone I was excited to try. The restaurant open at 12pm and when I arrived at 12:30 the restaurant was packed but they explained before I ordered that it would be a 45 minute wait as food is made to order but they would try sooner. All food came hot piping hot and all orders were correct. Lamb chops and fried rice was seasoned to perfection. My sister tried the Big Ben and she rated it 10/10. I will definitely give this business another try

I’ve been coming to Pasion T’s for a while now. I probably visit every other week honestly.As long as you arrive with the right expectations you won’t leave disappointed. The fact is that the food is delicious. I have yet to have something I did not like.I do know that they don’t have a grip on their wait times. So they may say 30 min. but it turns into an hour. However, charge it to a lack of employees, transition from catering to brick and mortar, and the fact they are meeting a high demand!I want to see this business do great and I believe they will!

I had the jerk chicken Philly, fish sandwich, and wings. The French fries was horrible, like they had just been sitting there. The chicken didn't have any flavor and it was fried in old grease. The fish sandwich was ok, but they need to make sure they wash the fish off good, the jerk chicken philly was a total waste of money. The bread was burnt and it didn't taste like jerk. Customer service is a -100. They're so rude it ain't even funny. The girl working at the front just yelled out that's why I can't work in the front because I got a fu&&ed attitude. It was just so rude. Plus we waited over an hour for some nasty food. Ain't no passion in the food and ain't no passion in the customer service. Won't be back.

My food wasn’t prepared to my likening my lamb chops were soggy no crispy to them at all like. I took the food back into the restaurant 2 mins later and the owner came to the front and had an attitude that I asked for my food to be cooked longer. The wait was over an hour and a half and the floor were dirty when we first walked in and when we came back an hour later they still was dirty. The lamb had no flavor but the shrimp fried rice was really good. Overall terrible experience.

Heard about new black owned small business Nd git excited to support. But another let down with the service. Tried calling and was advised they do not take any orders over the phone. Saw it on Uber eats but said delivery was unavailable. Figure since it was still somewhat new, will give them the benefit of the doubt. So my daughter and I decided to take the trip to go and try it out. Got there and was excited to try the Salmon philly but they had a very very very limited menu. A Big Ben (Fried Catfish) sandwich and I dont eat fried food and they had fried rice.That is all, nothing else, no soul food on a Sunday. They serve 3 types of phillys and none of those were available, they had rice! And this is how people go put of business. The service is trash! Cant rate the food cause the service did me in

Unfortunately my first experience was awful I waited a 1 and 15 minutes for my spicy shrimp fried rice with salmon bites I also ordered a lemonade all was 38$ that’s very expensive & I never actually got to eat anything because I left because it was taking so long I had groceries in my car so I went home & had to go back to get my food on my way there I was in a bad accident and wasn’t able to get my food at all or even walk up there my auntie that came to meet me at the accident tried going to see if she could get my refund or maybe the food but y’all were gone already my accident happens at 7:00 I called you all at 7:30 let you know what was going on I still don’t see my refund tho honestly I just want my money back like I should have did in first place because honestly no one should have to wait more than 30 mins for their food … now I have to wait til noon when they open up to see how I get my 38$ refunded while trying to figure out my car situation andI have work tomorrow morning like I wanted to see if the food was worth all this but didn’t get that chance I won’t be back I’m disappointed that I even had to come back for my food because it took more than a hour … never experienced that before ?now I done got in a unnecessary accident … they say the food worth the wait the people that was in there made me tempted but I should’ve just cancel they were very busy yesterday ..

Rude.. Closing @ 8 it’s 5:15 & I couldn’t place an order.. I drove 40 mins to get here & they are not taking any more orders.. Ridiculous

Paid $36 for two simple meals (chicken Philly and jerk Chicken salad) waited two hours just to end up getting a refund. Service was horrible I will not be coming back.

The food was excellent. But, the service was ooor. I waited 2 hours for my food. The restaurant needs more help and better workflow. The teenagers need to be in the back. The were on the phone and not acknowledging the customers.

I wish I could give a batter review but I can I live a hour a way from passion T so before I decide to take the long ride in traffic to go to Passion T I called to make sure they was open but I did not get a answer so I took the chance to drive there so after the hour drive I get there as soon as I walk in it was not even 5 minutes someone come from the back with food and said if you just walk in she are not taken any more orders and what’s crazy about it the close at 8pm and we got there around 4:30 pm

TIMING: Was told 30 min by owner. Wait was 1 hour 56 min. FOOD: Jerk chicken sandwich so salty, can't eat it. SERVICE: Treatment toward others I witnessed was horrible. Even toward senior people. Apologies for time, never happened to anyone. People were not able to get to work, pick up kids, etc. And they said no refunds on a sign. Staff was saying people "blew her" because people were mad they ran out of fries. So unprofessional. I didnt even order fries to stay out of the drama. Everyone in the place were new customers and everyone in spot was saying they will never be back. Point is to be prepared and success comes with customer service and being able to provide food in a timely manner. If can't and it is 30-45 min. Then money needs to be offered back to the customer. This is not a sit down restaurant. I really go to places to support and especially a black owned women restaurant, but needs a consultant to determine the problems and rectify it before continuing to make customers mad. I think being prepared for the crowd is a must and is how businesses thrive. So sad and disappointed I wanted to let my restaurant review group know it was great. But was a no. I wish them all the best that this will turn around.
