Pasta al Gusto is a great restaurant with great service. Warm atmosphere and the candle light is the cherry on top. The bus drops me perfectly out front (😂). Our server, Kevin, was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu offerings. He helped us navigate the extensive selection of pasta dishes, all made fresh in-house daily.
We started with the Bruschetta, which was toasted to perfection and topped with a generous helping of creamy burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes, and basil. The flavors were incredibly well-balanced and left us eager for the main course.
For my entrée, I opted for the Spaghetti Carbonara, which was cooked al dente and tossed in a rich, creamy sauce made with farm-fresh eggs, guanciale, and Parmesan cheese. Each bite was a masterclass in texture and flavor.
My companion's Pappardelle Bolognese was equally impressive, with tender, slow-cooked beef and pork ragù, served with a side of garlic and herb-infused olive oil.
We finished our meal with a decadent Tiramisù, expertly crafted with ladyfingers soaked in espresso and liqueur, layered with whipped mascarpone cheese.

I had seen the restaurant a few times and had always wanted to check it out. Finally got the chance to try it out a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and everything was amazing. The atmosphere and decor were beautiful, everything seemed super clean and my waiter Kevin was very professional and courteous and made sure to check in on us very occasionally to make sure everything was going great. The lasagna was my absolute favorite (recommended by Kevin) and they had lots of good vegetarian options for my girlfriend. The visit was definitely worth it and we will 1000% be going back.
