Today was my first time here, and I had the best pasta I have ever had in Chicago! The pasta tastes authentic with fresh ingredients. I had the Portabello Ravioli and Cesar Salad. The place receives to go and delivery orders, no problem for a local or for someone wanting to pick up fantastic food.

Man, GREAT hidden gem! I wish so much that they had tables (they don't - it's carry-out only), but even so, we'll be ordering again. I got eggplant parm and it might actually be the best I've ever had. It was absolutely HEAPED with tomato (which I love), and had big, fat slices of eggplant perfectly cooked. I was skeptical at first because the eggplant was not breaded and fried, but I soon realized it was excellent anyway!
In short: Great food, owner serviced (which is awesome), but take-out only.

I just received my order - and it was wrong. I paid 63$ for spaghetti w/meatballs, mozzarella sticks, cake, a side of meatballs and break w butter. They completely forgot my mozzarella sticks and my butter. So now I'm stuck with dry bread and nothing to eat because the meal was for my daughter and family.

Honestly was really looking forward to try this place out. Sadly the food is honestly mediocre at best. The “Toasted Ravioli” is soggy since it’s drenched in oil and it taste like they haven’t cleaned there fryer. They also give you a half of a tiny cup of canned marinara sauce. The chicken Alfredo pasta is poorly seasoned with pieces of really touch chicken. Hopefully this was just a bad order

This place is usually great but the last two times have not been, the first I ordered food for delivery and made the order for pick up, so I drive there and the place was closed took 4-5 days to get refund so the next time I order delivery food is usually great, I order the Rigatoni con Pollo e Vodka with Italian sausage the chicken was reheated making it taste like crunchy chicken jerky extra dried the sausage helped cause I was starving but had to pull chicken out as I was eating maybe just a bad day, food is usually great here

Ordered 4 dishes an hour and a half ahead for pick up. 5 minutes before pick up time I get a text my order has been canceled. I go there anyway. Door is locked, phone is disconnected. No one answers my knocking.

Update: After two days and this review, my order was canceled, refunded, and they sent me a coupon for a return visit. I'll give it another go (although I may not get in asap).I ordered food on 4/20/24 for pick up, and went to the location and the door was locked, the phone number didn't work, and I tried texting the number that texted me the food was ready and it wouldn't go through. After waiting at the location for over 5 minutes, knocking and then pounding on the door, and calling the phone number that just hung up 3 different times, I left. I filled out a contact us form on the website and have not heard anything at all.It's two days later, still no contact, and I am currently contesting the charge with my credit card.I got ghosted by this ghost kitchen - don't let it happen to you and order elsewhere.

It was showing that the place is open until 9:45 pm so around 7pm I placed an order online and went there for pick up but it was closed so I couldn’t get the food, I will definitely go for money return but my time is definitely wasted, so unprofessional that they are closed but still taking online orders!
