My favorite new restaurant in the West Loop. Food was delicious and service was great. Thanks for lovely experience.
Food was delicious, but the portions were lacking . I didn't like the limited valentines menu . I also didn't appreciate that the tip was automatically added , the service wasn't that great .
The pasta is unbeatable. The calamari was some of the best that I had in the city however being charged for water, automatically picking my tip and then a 3% surcharge for sitting on metal chairs doesn't seem quite right.
First of all I need to say that we are Italian born and raised and as usual we are a bit skeptic when visiting an Italian restaurant... but with much surprise everything was wonderful... pasta cooked to perfection, service is great and they have a great selection of wines. Antoine the owner is a very distinguished and charming man. Our server was attentive and friendly. A beautiful little corner of Italy!
I wanted to love it more because I love supporting our local restaurants. The food was good at best, a little heavy on the salt. Maybe it was an off night so I would check it out again. Our server was very sweet and there was ample street parking on Fulton a Wednesday night.
The food here is some of the best Italian in the West Loop. They make their own pasts and have daily specials like ricotta stuffed squash blossoms or scallops over linguine. They also serve a variety of protein (fish, chicken, beef) so it's not just pasta. We usually share one protein dish and one pasta to get try more options. Desserts are lovely like their chocolate mousse cake. During the summer they have a huge outdoor space (they sit on a corner with outdoor access on both sides) with electronic shades and is dog friendly. RUN here and try it today!
A convenient location in Fulton Market with home made pasta. We had the bolognese and the truffle and corn ravioli both of which were excellent and plates were clean when we finished. We started with the bread served with the olive tapenade and I would love to get that stuff in a jar. We finished with a pear 'tart' which was more like a cake which we actually preferred. Go there and order pasta.

We decided to go to Pasta Veneta for homemade pasta before our show at City Winery which is about a 5 min walk which worked out great. I had the bolognese which was delicious and a pretty good portion and we also ordered the truffle corn ravioli which was also amazing. I also recommend the olive tapenade bread for a starter. It is a little off the beaten path but totally worth the walk.
The food was really good. We had the pear gorgonzola salad, clams with linguine, braised short rib gnocchi and an order of focaccia. The pasta IS homemade and quite delicious. Our waiter was young energetic and amusing. BTW they seem to have stopped charging for tap water which was a relief.

Best pasta in West Loop. It’s crazy this place is not busier, maybe just because it’s further west. Very authentic, handmade pasta. Never had a bad pasta here, great wine list, friendly service.

For the price, 20% gratuity they add arbitrarily, and additional tip that they expect, the food was barely okay and entrees were laughably small.

Great service, reasonably priced food. Had gnocchi with wild mushroom, ravioli with king crab, duck confit papardelle, and spinch tortellini. All were great. Had bread service, although barely enough for 4 and burrsta and prosciutto. Everything was really good. Restaurant was pretty empty and quiet. Would definitely go back to try other things.
Incredible and authentic Italian!! From the delicious appetizers to the desserts at the end, everything was spectacular!
