Paterno's has great pizza! They also have a good beer selection for a local sports bar. Plenty of TVs to watch the game. We come here regularly and always get pizza and I look forward to it all the time. This place is nothing fancy but it's just why you need.

Great bar with awesome Italian food! I love their "Incredible Cheesy Beef", homemade soups & chili, good pizza and Italian dishes. Bar prices are fair, they give you good size portions of quality, homemade food, dive bar atmosphere with music usually on Friday nights. The staff are friendly too, it's a Chicago iconic gem!
Parking: The parking lot is small and gets full quickly. There is free street parking on Milwaukee Ave.

This is an old Italian restaurant bar. A lot of regulars. However, I’m giving this 4 stars because I had a Greek salad that was outstanding. The ingredients were fresh. It was abundant and delicious. They make their own salad dressings! I had a creamy apple dressing. It was so good. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu. The female bartender was a little too cranky for my tastes. But nonetheless I would definitely go back.
