OMG, Patriot Brew Cafe is definitely rather darn cool. Great vibe. The majority of the menu items are incredible. Team is very polite and will certainly help you with everything. I will certainly come back to Patriot Brew Cafe.

I asked for a cinnamon dolce latte and the barista said that it's been a while that they don't prepare that, so she decided not to do it and in a very condescending and rude tone asked me to "try again". I am a patient at the VA hospital and will not be coming back as they don't have any respect or consideration for the customers/veterans. Horrible customer service.

I would probably give this place less than a one star if I could. I tried this starbucks for the first time since I work in the neighborhood. My go to starbucks is the one on western and waveland, but they get super busy in the mornings. Today I try this starbucks for the first time, like usual I used the mobile app FIVE minutes prior to me getting there. I probably got there around 10 minutes later due to traffic. I went to the mobile pick up to my surprise my order is NOT ready. Whats the point of the mobile app if my drink is NOT ready! What a way to start my morning. The so called "barista" told me she had questions about my drink. I think it was self explanatory if this person had common sense. The woman who had questions was an older woman a bit heavy named dahlia I believe. I had three kinds of milk in there because i like my coffee with a lot of milk instead of creamer. She told me, uumm you have 3 milks. OKAY? She asked what I wanted. CLEARLY the 3 kinds of milk. So then she states there isnt enough room for the coffee. OKAY? Then put it in a grande cup if needed and fill it up to the size that is a tall size. EASY! So to which she just looked at me like I was d**** She said okay so there still isnt enough room for coffee. At this point I was aggravated because now I am running late to work because this "BARISTA" did NOT know how to make my coffee. She gave my order to another guy and had him make it meanwhile she did someone else's first who just got there. That is Just RUDE! You did NOT do my coffee and on top of that you made me wait longer. Thank you so much to the kind tall gentlemen who made my drink which was great. BUT my drink just had 3 different kinds of milk, That is it! WHAT IS SO HARD? Someone who has common sense would know how to make it. I have friends who work at starbucks and I took a picture of my order and asked them if they would ask me what I wanted? They said no its simple. I even had a Barista from starbucks come to my job today and I showed him my order and he said I just wanted different milks in it steamed. IT was SO SIMPLE!! I hope this location retrains her at least, so this does not happen again. I will definitely go to the other location despite how busy it gets. AT least their BARISTAS know what to do with a SIMPLE order.

The people who work at this Starbucks are great. Absolutely no complaints with regard to the employees and the service they provide. That said, I avoid coming to this Starbucks unless absolutely necessary due to how loud and dirty it is. It needs a remodel/reboot. Shame because I live across the street and would come in here daily if it wasn't so gross.

The people are really slow and not friendly. I only cane here since I know the store manager from another location. The store manager Megan is awesome but I wish she would of went to Clark and Addison location where u get the reserve bar. She will make things together and get new people to work there. The store is very small, very slow service even when there's no line and also as soon as you get into the bathroom people start knocking and kicking the door to get in to the bathroom.

I usually pick up my mobile order from here since it is across the street from my job. I work usually 4-5 days a week. My coffee is usually on point . I always order the same thing. I can tell when someone new makes my coffee because i like it very specific and sometimes it doesn't come out exactly how i want it. I ask them to add something if i taste that it is missing and they never give me any trouble for asking . The staff is really nice and they even having charging stations !

I'd have to say that I love to stop here every visit I make to the Jesse Brown Hospital. Friendly staff. They only provide a basic Starbucks menu, but that's all I'm really looking for. It's a nice little perk if you're visiting the hospital.
