I used to buy tacos here before and used to be a lot bigger and the steak meat used to be better quality. The quality is not the same. You would now have to buy 4 tacos to equal 2. For 4.50 a taco it is not worth it plus their regular burrito is almost the size of a microwave burrito. Don’t think I will be going back any time soon. Besides that the service is always great.

Husband just paid 81.00 for order take out. First we thought we ordered off the kids menu. Second they forgot 2 tacos and practically called me a liar. After 81.00 why I would lie about 2 measly tacos blows my mind. NEVER

Ordered the carne asada.... disappointed is an understatement. Wasn't hot. It legit came out within like 10 minutes of ordering. That had to be the toughest meat ever. Like it was microwaved and then served. For the amount of money it's not worth it. At all. Servers were

This is poor excuse for a steak Torta with sour cream, cilantro, and onions. What an embarrassment . Hardly any meat and missing two ingredients . Do better.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Patron in Garfield Ridge, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's cozy and vibrant ambiance set the perfect tone for a delightful meal. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Pastor Tacos. These tacos were nothing short of a flavor explosion in every bite. The taste was a harmonious blend of smoky, savory, and slightly tangy flavors, with a hint of spice that danced on my taste buds. The marinated pork was tender and succulent, perfectly cooked to deliver a mouthwatering experience. The Onion garnish added a refreshing sweetness that balanced out the richness of the meat. Texture-wise, the Pastor Tacos were a delight. The meat had a delightful char on the edges, offering a satisfying crunch that contrasted beautifully with the tender interior. The tortillas were soft and warm, providing a comforting base for the flavorful filling. El Patron truly excels in capturing the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine, and their Pastor Tacos are a testament to their culinary prowess. The friendly and attentive staff made my dining experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return and savor these tacos again. Whether you're a die-hard taco enthusiast or simply looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend El Patron in Garfield Ridge. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated.

Given this place several opportunities to redeem themselves, and they continue to disappoint. Whenever I dine in I really don’t have complaints. However, ordering takeout or Uber eats my food is always cold and my rice is hard like chewing on pebbles. For expensive small portion items, it gives you the feel of a Gold Coast restaurant, but you’re actually just in Garfield Ridge. Extremely frustrated at this point.

Wanted to try this place out the service was great but the food was not. Ordered the enchiladas and they were horrible chicken was hard and it was diced/cubes chicken breast. The presentation was very sloppy. The rice and beans were also cold. Also ordered the skirt steak and the meat was very tough and came out room temperature.

For the price i expected good food. I got a chicken taco dinner for $21, It came with 3 small tacos, a small side of beans and rice. Chicken was super super salty and rice was fairly dry. Beans were just basic without any cheese or anything on top. Would not recommend, better taco places with better prices in the area.

tacos are so small, you can eat them in one bite. the meat is low quality, and it was $22 for just 4 tacos. save your money.
