Good, filling food! Everyone was so sweet and their patio area outside is really cute too.

Overpriced, underwhelming, needs an update. Food had 0 seasoning, please start adding salt and pepper to your eggs and potatoes. Salt and pepper shakers were very dirty, the place needs an update and a deep clean. Staff was kind and I appreciate that but a lot needs updating otherwise.

My first time here at this place. Service was great. I took off one star on the food because I ordered a Lumber Jack special which has a steak on it steak was really simple if they add some seasoning it would be much better. But I understood that it's how they serve it, whatever I do or say nothing is gonna change. I'll definitely come back to this beautiful place for breakfast

Pauline’s is a cute little spot tucked away in the city that instantly reminded me of my grandma’s kitchen—cozy, unpretentious, and full of comfort food charm. The portions are generous (definitely enough to share), and the menu sticks to the classics. It’s no-frills, but that’s exactly the appeal.
That said, a couple of drawbacks: I asked for poached eggs and was served fried instead—only to be told afterward that they don’t offer poached eggs. Also, they use styrofoam containers for takeout, which feels a bit outdated and environmentally unfriendly.
Overall, it’s a great option if you’re craving hearty diner food and a laid-back, nostalgic vibe.

Generous portions. Reasonably priced foods. Comfort food. Loved the atmosphere. Very homey. Friendly and attentive staffs.
One thing though, they should give napkins to customers. Also, hope they can observe cleanliness especially with the tables and booth couches

The place is quirky, some things are a little worn but it doesn't deter but adds to its charm. The staff is friendly. If you love banana bread, try thr banana bread french toast.
