We had the pleasure of providing our photo booth for a wedding at Pazzos at 311 in Chicago, and it was such a wonderful experience! The venue is absolutely stunning — elegant, spacious, and full of charm with those beautiful glass ceilings and city vibes. The staff was great to work with, and everything ran smoothly from setup to teardown. Guests had an amazing time in the booth, and we’d love to come back for another event!
We hosted our wedding and reception at Pazzo’s last week and let me tell you, it is the PERFECT venue! My husband and I knew the second we walked in that there was something special about it. And then we met the Venue Coordinator, Rali! The most helpful, most AMAZING woman! She was so helpful from the second we toured the space to the last few minutes of our reception, she made everything was perfect! Her team works so hard to ensure a flawless event! The FOOD! Pretty venue but not the best for a wedding. The acoustics make it difficult to hear people on mics. It was very crowded during dinner and I felt that the service was a bit hostile. Apps were good, but the dinner was truly mediocre (it was a sit down dinner). Some bartenders didn’t know how to make mixed drinks (like gin and tonic).
