We hosted our wedding and reception at Pazzo’s last week and let me tell you, it is the PERFECT venue! My husband and I knew the second we walked in that there was something special about it. And then we met the Venue Coordinator, Rali! The most helpful, most AMAZING woman! She was so helpful from the second we toured the space to the last few minutes of our reception, she made everything was perfect! Her team works so hard to ensure a flawless event! The FOOD! Delicious! Well seasoned and a lot of variety! Our guest raved about how beautiful the space was! From the water fountain, to the glass ceilings, to the gorgeous marble! Everything about this venue was perfect! Thank you so much Pazzo’s! You have our hearts forever!

WORST FOOD even!!!
The location is beautiful for a wedding or any event. BUT the staff was rude to the point of I don't speak English the food was dry and tasteless.

As a wedding photographer, I absolutely love shooting at Pazzo’s in Chicago. The large windows provide the most stunning natural light. It is perfect for capturing romantic portraits throughout the day. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and professional, making the entire experience seamless for both vendors and couples. It's truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city! I look forward to shooting here again! IG: LaurenAshleyStudios

We got married in May 2025, and the moment we stepped foot into Pazzo’s, we knew this was the place. Everything- from the staff to the food to the atmosphere- was absolute perfection. The space was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the entire day felt seamless.

A huge shoutout to Rali for going above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless. Their support and attention made the planning process stress-free and the day itself unforgettable.

We truly cannot recommend Pazzo’s enough. If you’re looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service, this is it.

Place is beautiful very nice architecturally but the food was so bad we had seven people at our table for a wedding and we had steak and nobody could eat it cuz it was like eating leather. we couldn't even cut it. They needed more people to help with the delivery of the food we got our salad at 7:00 we didn't get our steaks until 8:00 p.m.

Its such bad italian food. Very bad cheese, and very oily food. We force ate half of it and left the rest. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

La Scarola is the real deal—feels like you're stepping into Nonna's kitchen. Started with the Pasta Fagioli, rich and comforting. The Chicken Vesuvio was juicy with perfectly crispy potatoes. The vibe is old-school Italian, walls adorned with celeb photos. Spent about $35, and it was worth every penny. A true Chicago gem!

We had our wedding at Pazzo's and it was absolutely incredible! The venue was gorgeous - elegant, beautiful, and sophisticated - we got so many comments from guests! Rali was incredibly helpful and fun to work with, and all the staff and servers at the venue were amazing and professional. The food and drinks were amazing as well - definitely get the European dessert table!!! Overall we had an incredible time and would definitely recommend Pazzo's!

The place is beautiful! One of the nicest wedding reception I have been to. A lot of room and it’s just magical. The drinks were mid. Even if you got the same drink, it was different each time. The food was the worst thing about this place. Everything was over cooked, the steak and vegetables were awful. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were cooked the night before and then warmed up. The only thing that was undercooked was the salmon, which is not good either. The only reason the chicken was decent was because of the gravy. The gravy made it edible. Nothing had flavor, and salt and pepper could not save it. I’m sure there is a hefty price tag per guest, but the food did not match the price.

Tried to reach out multiple times about looking at the facility and speaking to someone about wedding planning and event coordination. Absolute radio silence. Nobody ever got back to me. There’s also zero public parking nearby, and the closest is like $40. What a headache of a place. We’ll pick another venue.

I cannot recommend Pazzo's enough for an event or for lunch! We recently held our company's 25th gala at Pazzo's and booked the wedding package. Everything came out so beautiful and the setup was so well executed! Rali, Pazzo's Event Coordinator, was very communicative and accommodating to all of our needs. Carlos, one of the wait staff / event team members, was absolutely wonderful in taking care of our team during the entire event!

They were so sweet and mindful in bringing us food and drinks during set up, to packing up our event meals (since we were too busy running around to enjoy with the rest of the gala members), to helping unload and pack-up.

And let me not forget to give credit to the chef and the other team members! The food is so tasteful and not your traditionally under seasoned event food. We had the double protein option of steak and chicken with vegetables, potato's, and this delicious sauce a top. so so good. Thank you, Pazzo's!

Yo, Pazzo’s in the Loop is wild, fam! This Italian spot’s chillin’ in a dope office lobby with palm trees and waterfalls—like, what?! I dropped about $30 on a lasagna that was stacked and cheesy AF, plus a garlic bread that slapped hard. The vibes are extra with that exotic setup, perfect for impressin’ somebody. Service was smooth, no stress, and the food came quick. If you’re downtown Chicago and want Italian with a side of flex, Pazzo’s is the spot, no cap!
