Pazzo’s exceeded expectations in every single way for our wedding. From our initial visit, we felt attended to, and listened to. Carmen was the coordinator we first spoke with, and we felt immediately at ease with her knowledge and expertise. After signing, and having our HUNDREDS of questions answered, we learned that Carmen was retiring. With much hesitation, we met with Rali to ensure nothing was lost in translation and our worries were immediately erased. She GETS it all and never made us feel bad for bombarding her with questions, taking dozens of pictures, or dropping in unannounced to measure things. The food was amazing. The Pazzo’s staff was on top of everything. The space is stellar and incredibly elegant. They allowed us to drop things off 2 days before (including 100’s of cookies), literally assemble the centerpieces 1 day before, and helped our family pickup all our items the day after. From this type A project manager, I could not ask for a better professional to plan our wedding, if I had to do it again, I would trust Rali and the Pazzo’s team wholeheartedly.

I recently visited Pazzo’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I was excited to try the food, I encountered a situation that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
While waiting in line, a white customer was allowed to cut ahead of me without any explanation. It was disheartening to see this kind of behavior, as it seemed to reflect a lack of fairness and respect for all patrons.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated equally, regardless of their background. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and work towards creating a more inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
I genuinely wanted to enjoy my time there, but this experience overshadowed my visit. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Pretty venue but not the best for a wedding. The acoustics make it difficult to hear people on mics. It was very crowded during dinner and I felt that the service was a bit hostile. Apps were good, but the dinner was truly mediocre (it was a sit down dinner). Some bartenders didn’t know how to make mixed drinks (like gin and tonic).

Pazzo's is by far the greatest venue in Chicago for all weddings, corporate events, and upscale gatherings. The management is amazing and the food is to die for! We were blown away by the immaculate architecture and the fountains just top it all off!
