Hosted my dad's 65th birthday party here and they were so accommodating and kind. The space is elegant, the service is impeccable and the food is amazing. Rali really helped to make my dads birthday special, and I can't wait to celebrate more events at Pazzo's!

Visited this venue for a family members 65th birthday recently. The party was held in the primary atrium which is stunning. Lots of windows, natural light and marble everywhere. It was the perfect size for our group of 75ppl, with plenty of room for seating and a dance floor. We had a mixed buffet with some items from Pazzo's and other food items catered from elsewhere. The food from Pazzo's was just okay, could have amped up the seasoning/flavor quite a bit for all dishes (pasta, veggies, etc). There is paid public parking next door, and this is venue is in the heart of the city. Overall a-ok experience at Pazzo's.

Gorgeous place across from the Sears Tower, look for the Chipotle emblem on the side of a gorgeous white building and down the escalator into an atrium.Calamari was delicious, and the chicken entree was okay... but seemed tough and oversauced. I should have gotten the salmon.Service was very good, and it seemed appreciated that we had 8 people.

I love coming to Pazzo's. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the service is phenomenal. I always come to Pazzo's for an event. I know of a few organizations that favor Pazzo's and I see why. I am greeted by all of the staff and the food is very quick. They adhere to timelines provided by the people booking. I also like coming here on my own. There is seating in the atrium, which is next to a beautiful fountain. The ambiance is wonderful and unlike any other restaurant in Chicago. Delicious Italian food, and you really get quite a bit of food on your plate. They also have Pazzo's Express during the week. You can grab a salad, sandwich, or entree and the prices aren't hitting $20, you're paying $10-15, which is almost extinct here in downtown Chicago. The service is also fast, friendly, and you more than enough food. I really enjoy Pazzo's. I suggest going there on a date night, booking your event there, or even trying it out for lunch (regular Pazzo's and the Express).
Pazzo's is by far the greatest venue in Chicago for all weddings, corporate events, and upscale gatherings. The management is amazing and the food is to die for! We were blown away by the immaculate architecture and the fountains just top it all off!

It hits you as soon as you walk into the atrium Simply spectacular The restaurant can be found after you head down the steps and it’s at the back Because of how high the atrium is, the place gives you the impression that you are sat outside - alfresco dining at its best Service was efficient and friendly My colleagues had pasta which looked great and I had the Salmon Salad which was delish Would highly recommend

We had our wedding reception at Pazzos. After pricing out 170 other venue options --- we are SO happy we picked Pazzos. Don't look any further. Beautiful interior with black/white marble and water fountain sculpture. No additional décor is needed to enhance the space. Rali is an amazing coordinator and works hard to iron out all details ahead of time, to make the day perfect. Their plated meal and open bar pricing is very affordable and great quality.
