A disappointing experience. We ordered food to go and it was just okay overall, but the side of bacon wasn’t prepared well. It was chopped up and a bit undercooked, so I requested a refund for just that part of the order. The manager was rude and told me I needed to bring the bacon back and that she doesn’t believe me. I’ve never experienced that in my life. We definitely won’t be back.
I’ve seen so many reviews about this spot, and whenever I come home I always say I’m gonna try it. Tried it today and it was definitely a 0/10 would not recommend! Food took well over 30 mins to come out, and all we ordered was pancakes, bacon, eggs, potatoes and grits. Simple right? Food came out super cold! Eggs were runny and idk if it was the pancakes or the syrup, but I didn’t like them AT ALL! Grits were the texture of mashed potatoes, and the house potatoes are frozen...read full review
The food is off the chain good. Especially the fried donuts!!!
