The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Horrible
They are slow as heck, not only that I called an hour in advance and they just started making my tacos with I got there and then took there time making them. I honestly HATE supporting black business like this.
They accept call ins. May as well just order at the window. You wait the same. Ordered 2 tacos 17 minutes away. Get here,
Only 3 people inside. Still here waiting after arrive now 24 minutes plus. 4 visible workers and now a waiting area of 12 people cause they have not move with any sense of urgency. They’d make more money if they had a sense of urgency and/or gave af.
